House Rules and FAQ:
Grill Use: Available propane gas grill. Guests are responsible for propane gas replacement and grill cleaning after use.
Starter Supplies: Starter supplies provided: two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, one paper towel roll, linens, towels, soap (shampoo, conditioner, body, and dish), and trash bags. Kitchen staples (salt, sugar, pepper) are also provided.
Laundry: Complimentary use of the washer and dryer.
Property Maintenance: The house is professionally cleaned before your arrival and undergoes regular pest control and HVAC servicing for your comfort.
Trash Collection: The county trash and recycling pickup is on Thursdays. Ensure bins are at the curb on collection day.
Camera: For your safety, there are two external cameras, one at the front and the other at the back.
Pets: Up to 2 pets (under 40 lbs) are permitted at an additional fee per pet per stay.
