Mike was a wonderful host; proactive communication and available if we needed anything! Location and view were perfect! Beds were comfortable and the condo had all we needed!

Great location and condo! Close to everything and walk to the slopes!! Had everything we needed. A few minor issues but the host resolved everything immediately. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Perfect location and incredible host

Mike was absolutely incredible to work with and made everything streamline and easy. Very short walk to the gondola and absolute incredible views. The hot tub and sauna are a very nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

My family had such a great time staying at this place - incredibly convenient for skiing, restaurants near the Gondola and all. Mike was incredibly helpful, responsive and flexible. We travel quite a bit as a family and would rate Mike and this condo at the top for overall experience.

Mike (host) was amazing, giving good recommendations, easy to contact, and friendly. The condo was great, fully stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms and kitchen, cozy atmosphere, and right across the rd from the ski resort base. Only downside was difficulty finding parking and unloading a 2nd and 3rd car since there is only one parking pass and limited street parking near the condo, though assume this is part of what makes this condo affordable. Thank you Mike! : )

Excellent Spring Break Vacation for Family

My teenage kids, husband and I had a wonderful Spring Break. Everyone got to do what they wanted because the location is fabulous - across the street from 4 different lifts/gondolas. Kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed dinning out at the close by restaurants. The host was great with checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. What great family memories we have of 2025 Spring Break in Steamboat!

Nice space and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The kids loved the bunk and beds and loft for sleeping, making forts, and playing games. The rest of the condo provided everything we needed and wanted for a ski holiday, including a wonderful view of the mountain! The host was proactive and very helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful condo close to the slopes

We had a wonderful week at Mike’s condo. He was very prompt and helpful in all communication. The condo gives everyone plenty of space and has views of the slope. I hope we make it back next year! Thanks Mike!

Steamboat ski time

this place is great the location is close to everything you want to do in steamboat.Fireplace ,hot tubs,shuttle service and short walk to slopes .If available you should pick this place for a great time in steamboat. Mike is quick to respond and very helpful.Top shelf.

Excellent Location!

Mike was great! Super easy to communicate with. The location was as good as we have had on our family ski strips with young kids. The view from the balcony was excellent. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for family of five upstairs and my parents in the bedroom on the main floor. The kids loved the set up of the third bedroom. Everyone was sad to leave and would definitely return!

Just Awesome

Our stay was just awesome. Abundant communication. Super accommodating. Very easy to walk to the slope and ski down to the gondola, and you can ski back quite close. Very easy to walk to dinner etc. We didn't bring a car because an earlier review mentioned something about parking being hard, but parking for one car looked very easy, I wouldn't worry about bringing a car next time.
