Enjoy creating everlasting memories at this well-equipped and recently renovated condo! The fun and coastal decor will bring you into the island vibe with this beachy, family friendly condo. Relax on the beach or by the community outdoor pool, and let the warm breezes make you feel right at home. This home away from home offers close proximity to the shops and restaurants located on the Omni Plantation and lots of fun activities throughout the island for families.

Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the end of Summer 2025.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

good and bad

very clean, furniture comfortable (except bed in bottom floor (right side).. very bad and not comfortable) .we had a problem using our key code, i got an email saying we could get early but chat person said NO.key code still would not work after 4pm. 40 minutes on phone trying to get into unit...finally was told the lock box code to get key for unit. was unhappy to find 4 flights of 7 stairs each in unit. we are seniors and i would have appreciated knowing about the stairs before we booked..this is definitely not a senior/handicap unit. possible renters need to know this! throw rugs though-out are very slippery and slide when walked on, again this is dangerous. . showers on bottom level are extremely dangerous to anyone using...no grab bars in shower and very slippery shower floor. Shower in 2nd floor bath,,excellent! in conclusion, unit is nice, nice view to ocean from sliding door, boardwalk easy to find and use to ocean, pool passes should be marked (we did not know what they were.) bathroom need updates, key pad instructions need correction ..there is no check mark and/or * on key pad. and again, owners need to inform future renters of number of stairs in unit. thanks

Amelia Island Plantation stay

We truly enjoyed being on the plantation with the walking and biking trails. The pool and beach were very close, beautiful and well maintained. The pictures of the unit were dated and the kitchen sparsely furnished. The refrigerator had a shelf missing and one drawer kept falling out. Besides that the unit fit 8 family members comfortably.

Great Property & Great location

Great property for the 7 of us. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The pool and beach are very close and beautiful. The only thing lacking were beach towels, dish towels and beach chairs otherwise a great condo in a wonderful location.

A MAP OF THE PROPERTY WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE VERY COMPLICATED WE had a problem with small flying black bugs mostly in kitchen and bathroom Beds where very comfortable The lay out was good for all The condo was not a clean as we like it blinds floors etc were not clean. We all agreed the water heater was going to blow up any second. Did text custodian (Trent) of the bug and water heater noice but never had any action

Beautiful, spacious, great location!

This villa was the perfect place for our stay! We were in town for a wedding in Amelia Island and stayed at the villa with two other couples. It was perfect because each couple had their own bathroom + their own room with a large bed. There was even an extra bedroom with two twin beds (making the total number of beds 5) but we did not use that room. The rooms are spread out enough that you have privacy and the walls are thick/insulated well because you couldn’t hear anyone else talking or up early in the morning, which was so nice! All of the bedrooms have windows too, so none of them are boring or dark. They have nice blinds though so you can block out the sun if you want. There is a balcony that has beautiful views of big, green trees and a slight view of the ocean. You can hear the ocean waves very clearly, which is soothing and relaxing. There is a full kitchen, including a toaster and microwave. This came in handy so that we could get some food and drinks to enjoy during our stay. A small dish soap and a dish cloth was provided, as were dishwasher pods. There is a Keurig coffee machine but no pods available, so make sure you buy some or bring some if you want coffee. The check-in process and door code were super easy! We were even able to check-in about 50mins in advance since no one stayed there the night before us, which was very appreciated. The beach is also a SUPER close walk. Literally 2mins. The Omni resort is only half a mile away - also a very easy walk. Lots of trails for walking, biking, running are right outside the villa. I would definitely stay here again!

There are no beach towels. AS a family flying in from different cities, no one brought beach towels. That's a problem. Also there are no beach chairs, we rented but it would have been helpful to take care of that in advance. Also there are not enough glasses.

Wonderful Spring Break

The unit has recently been updated and it was wonderful. The decor is amazing and the finishes had all been updated. My only suggestion would be filtered water capabilities in the kitchen. The unit has a beautiful ocean peak a boo view. The proximity to the new pool and the beach was great for our family of 5.

Beach Oasis

We enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! All of the decor updates were really nice. There were a few small amenities that were missing (tissues, kitchen supplies) but nothing major. The access to the beach was wonderful. All around a great place to stay. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to others.

Spent alot $$$$ Started bad from beginning. Told over/over there was a elevator in ours. There wasn't which made unloading/loading very difficult. Ours wasn't clean-**** roach under sink,food on floor,filthy floor&kitchen,doors didn't wk,etc..had to strip 13 beds/bath &put in foyer. We are now the housekeepers.There was a maintenance man in rm when arrived. As I said NO COMMUNACATION between night service,management,housekeeping.VERY FRUSTRATING & CONFUSING. ON the phone with all often. This was suppose to b a VACATION not a JOB!!And then to be asked what would make me HAPPY. ARE THEY KIDDING. NEVER AGAIN... We will spend $$$$ somewhere else that we can truly enjoy & be on VACATION

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location on the Omni property. You’re a few steps away from the beach and the pool is great to take a dip in after a beach day. The kitchen supplies could use a few replacements, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great location and lots of room

We enjoyed this home and cooked a ton. I was worried about other reviews indicating the kitchen supplies were lacking, but we found nearly everything we needed. The kitchen could use 2 standard cookie sheets (just 1 very small one in unit) and new spatulas since the one they had was warped/bubbly. There was a standard coffee pot as well as a keurig. The bedrooms were all nicely done, but both the lower bedrooms would benefit from new pillows. The wicker chairs in the living area also need new cushions. The fridge was spacious, clean and cooled down quickly. The ice maker did not work but there were 2 ice trays. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. There are several rinsing stations on the boardwalk to get the sand off. We were excited to see a storage area by the parking spot, but it was locked. It would be nice to keep all guests beach things down there rather than outside the condo door. Be aware that the parking spot is a bit tight if you have a long vehicle. We grilled twice. on the charcoal grills. They were cleaned each day and never crowded. We purchased grilling tools since there were only plastic items in the unit. The washer and dryer worked great. The starter packs of all detergents were nice and plenty for our 5 day stay. We did purchase paper towels and a pkg of TP to make sure we had enough. We used SkipIt for the groceries and were pleased with their service. Overall, a fantastic location and the few small improvements mentioned would make it even better:)

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the condo. Clean, comfortable, nice layout. Would rent it again. The only areas of improvement I could see is the shared bathroom could use a little facelift and that the condo is a little light on kitchen supplies (glasses, cups, etc). We did a lot of cooking in the condo and went out to grab some paper plates and solo cups to supplement. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
