Cette copropriĂ©tĂ© de trois chambres et trois salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. SituĂ© au dernier Ă©tage, deux propriĂ©tĂ©s au sud du Ritz Carlton (10 minutes Ă  pied), cette unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© offre une vue spectaculaire sur la plage, ainsi que des fenĂȘtres orientĂ©es Ă  l'ouest pour voir les couchers de soleil sur les forĂȘts de chĂȘnes vivants. Il y a une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans chaque chambre ainsi que dans le salon ... mais vous allez probablement plutĂŽt regarder le soleil se lever, les couchers de soleil, surfer, les tortues gopher et les oiseaux marins, car la vue est fantastique. Internet haut dĂ©bit est inclus dans toutes les locations. Il y a deux piscines et quatre courts de tennis. Il est proche des magasins et de nombreux restaurants merveilleux d'Amelia Island. Et ce charmant condo est juste sur la plage.

Le condo est situĂ© dans le bĂątiment A de l'Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. La propriĂ©tĂ© est fermĂ©e, offrant un niveau de sĂ©curitĂ© supplĂ©mentaire. L'unitĂ© est lumineuse et gaie pour vous rappeler: "Si vous avez la chance d'ĂȘtre Ă  la plage, vous avez la chance!"

Nous invitons tout le monde et tout le monde à profiter de cette belle station balnéaire, mais le club de surf et de racquet d'Amelia a une politique stricte "pas d'animaux". Les membres de votre famille devront donc prendre leurs propres vacances avec un gardien de maison ou dans une bonne pension. Le bùtiment est également un bùtiment "non fumeur".

Very clean condo. Had plenty of places to sit in living room. Kitchen was nice but a little small for 6 adults. Bathrooms very nice. The only thing we didnt like was the mattresss. To hard for us and two beds are very high and hard to get into. Over all nice place. The view is great.

Always so Enjoyable!

This was our third sister trip to this beautiful condo. As always, everything was wonderful, as described. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, unit is very clean, and the view is incredible. There was one minor minor issue with one of the toilets and Rob was quick to respond and took care of the issue very quickly. Pool area is always immaculate and never crowded. The short walk to the beach made for beautiful sunrises. Communication is excellent. We can’t wait to return.

This was our 3rd week at Amelia Surf and Racket Club- but the first time in this unit. My 2 girlfriends and myself really liked this unit. The view from the 7th floor was great- the unit was very spacious and nicely done. Our hosts left good intructions and we did not have any problems. We would like to return next year

We loved the condo and would definitely rent again. The location (both on site and on the island) was great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable furniture and beach items. Check in and check out process was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive. .

Paradise with a view

This is a beautiful place to stay. Very nice and updated. Host was great - stay and communication was smooth. Incredible view of sunrise over the ocean. Nice quieter section of beach. Enjoyed and will definitely stay again as soon as we can.

What a view!

The view from the property is amazing. Very quiet being on the corner and top floor. Plenty of space for our family. Great access to the beach. Condo is well stocked with beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Would stay here again!

Rob and Linda live just 20 minutes from the condo. Rob is a veterinarian, but he's now engaged as the Executive Director of the American Association of Zoo Veterinarians. Linda is a PhD reproduction expert and works with zoos and animal institutions around the world helping to prevent extinction of endangered species. Both Rob and Linda have a healthy respect for animals and the environment, and they encourage you to take advantage of viewing all of the wildlife, both on land and in the sea, during your visit.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

A realtor friend of ours informed us of the availability of the property in early 2017. We looked at it and fell in love with it. Although we live close enough to the ocean and salt water marshes, we love spending a night or two at the condo when it's not entertaining guests. It's quiet and comfortable, and it's the perfect "get away" for us. When we retire, we will probably move into the unit as our primary residence.

As one of our recent guest put it, virtually anywhere you sit in the condo you have beautiful views. We looked at other condos when we decided to purchase one, but the minute we walked into this unit we knew this was the one we had to have. We think you'll feel the same way.
We both have done extensive travel in our professions, so we have a good feeling of what feels "comfortable" while traveling. We have made attempts to ensure that the condo feels as comfortable as possible to our guests. We think you'll feel that comfort.
