Create your next memory in this luxurious oceanfront condo located on the ground floor. With renovated kitchen and baths, this unit is a little gem. From this first-floor location, you'll have a view of the ocean and plenty of space on the back porch for entertaining. This suite is only steps to the beach or pool. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and free WiFi. Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.

Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community

Loved our stay

Perfect location! Loved being on the first floor with a child and pet with us. It made it so much easier. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Well equipped, great location

Unit is well located on the plantation, just off the beach and numerous walking trails. Clean and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Furniture was comfortable, only opportunity for improvement is we found the bed a bit soft and it slept hot (maybe memory foam). We would stay there again.

Business

Furnishings need to be replaced/ couch and chairs are sunk in also mattress inMaster bedroom needs replacing and rug in entrance way you trip on. Have great amenities and beach supplies.

Overall the condo was nice. The shower/tub in master is a little difficult to operate. And the mattresses need an upgrade- they’re very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay! Oh! The gate code to the pool was not correct- even speaking with other tenants, their codes weren’t accurate.

Amelia Disappointment

Unit location is excellent. Beyond that, everything about the unit needs a refresh. Beds and cushions are either lumpy or worn thin. Unit needed an up to date exterminator and sliding doors had broken handle and needed cleaning. Just expected more for the price. Property leasing company Vacasa was difficult also. VRBO has been excellent for us, but this unit was disappointing.
