This newly renovated townhouse is located near the Ritz Carlton in the gated community of Summer Beach Village, only a matter of steps from the community pool and Amelia Island's beautiful beach. You'll also be mere minutes from the historic town of Fernandina and its many restaurants and charming shops!






Step inside to find brand-new furniture and new mattresses throughout the home. Enjoy a fully appointed kitchen, ample seating in both the living room and the dining room, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms - including the primary bedroom - upstairs, as well as one guest room downstairs.

If you are looking for PEACE and not a bunch of people

up under the most wonderful Live Oak trees, steps to beach and pool - this is it... just perfect all the way around...Clean, had everything you could need... will be booking again..

Unit was clean and well appointed. Lock on entry door was kind of a pain and don't forget to leave the porch light on or you won't be able to see to punch the code (very dark). Pool was not very clean. Overall a good place to stay

Comfortable and roomy!

This condo was comfortable and had plenty of room for 6 adults. The kitchen is a little small for a 3 bedroom place and the downstairs bathroom has a very small shower. Not so great for the two adults who stayed in that bathroom, but we made it work.

Amazing Condo Right Near the Beach

I stayed here last October with some friends for a wedding and I loved it so much that we had to come back. The check-in process was super easy, received the gate code and lock combination the day of arrival. The condo was very clean and we had a wonderful time. We are thinking this might be a yearly tradition. I could not recommend this condo enough. Thanks!

Lots of stairs

We just aren’t used to stairs and this place has a lot . First up to the condo then more inside the condo . The condo itself is immaculate! The trek to the beach after dealing with all the stairs is most unpleasant . It’s very long and has a killer hill at the end . I recommend for young and in shape people but the 3 of us were so tired and sore by weeks end. The property itself is beautiful and the foliage is incredible!

Wonderful

Everything was great at this property except the bedrooms with the king mattresses. They might need to be replaced at some point. That would be our only concern. We would love to come back for a much longer stay next time. We had a great family long weekend. Thank you!

We were very pleased with this condo. It was very spacious and very clean. We are kind of picky in cleanliness these days and we felt very comfortable without having to do any cleaning or disinfecting ourselves. The grandkids slept in one of the upstairs bedrooms which worked great so they could go to sleep early and the adults could carry on. It was also a great location and the beach was not crowded even though it was spring break.

It seems to be set up for a summer rental as the upstairs thermostat kept that part warm but the downstairs was always very chilly. It was clean and overall satisfactory The management company made a mistake and changed our gate access code in the middle of the rental. We managed to get into our property on a very cold night.

Great condo

We enjoyed the unit. The only problems we had was with the parking situation since we had extended family coming from 3 different locations. We were told we could park 3 cars there, but were not allowed to do this once we arrived. I also tried to call about some problems with this unit, but could never get through to the office. I did leave a voicemail. When I went by to leave the pool card, I mentioned problems in person, so hopefully issues with downstairs bathroom were fixed. Overall, a great place to stay.
