Spend your days on the beach by renting water equipment to kayak, paddleboard, sail, fish, and do every other waterfront activity imaginable. Tour the area to discover delightful attractions like Sadler Ranch, Amelia River Cruises & Charters, Main Beach Park, Amelia Island State Park, and Black Rock Beach, all within a 13-mile radius.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving brunch out on the scenic balconies where you can feel the sea breeze. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Enjoyed the quiet setting and amazing views. Birding from the porch was great. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I am so glad we chose to stay 2 nights,1 would not have been enough to enjoy the unit and surroundings!

The view was as beautiful as we had hoped for. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quick and easy drive to shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was excellent beginning with the day we made our reservation through our arrival and departure. All questions were answered promptly.

Hands down my favorite

Booked this place for me and my family to put them all up for my wedding and it was an absolute dream. Fantastic view, furnished beautifully, large bedrooms, everything about this place screams perfection. Cant wait to book again in the future to host my family again.

Beautiful cottage with high end furniture and amenities but with a homey environment. Great porch overlooking the marsh. Live oaks in the yard and other flora. Saw little brown bunnies everywhere!

Everything was as advertised. Clean. Close to downtown and beaches. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and nature adventures. Some of the prettiest sunsets we’ve seen. If the smell of a paper mill is bothersome, you will experience that throughout the day.

Great little place!

Beautiful views, well kept. About a 30 minute walk to town (and I walk fast), so wish it were closer but it was great. The only criticism is that the upstairs bed had dips where it was worn down by people so we had to sleep where we wouldn’t sink in. Nice bathrooms, small but very usable kitchen. The living room is very small so we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The porch and fire pit would have been nice in summer or if it wasn’t raining. Really nice stay.
