Idyllic Flagler Beach is just outside your front door from this charming, updated home, ideally located in the heart of town just across A1A from the sparkling sand. It's an easy walk or bike ride on the Flagler Beach Boardwalk or Flagler Beach to Mainland Trail to visit dozens of cafés, bars, or shops, all within less than a quarter mile of the home. Even better is the fact numerous restaurants are all within one block in either direction. If you want to explore further afield, golf courses, state parks, and natural areas are all within an easy drive.

At home, start the day with coffee and an ocean view on the covered front balcony, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. The sleek, updated kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space to whip up full meals, or just some snacks for the beach. Grab a bite at the kitchen table, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then cool off in the central AC while the day's beach clothes get a refresh in the washer/dryer. Indoor entertainment options include free WiFi and five streaming-capable TVs, or unplug entirely with a family cookout on the gas grill. A private sitting room can be used to catch up on some remote work if you're feeling productive. Four well-appointed bedrooms await when you get sleepy, where you can fall asleep dreaming of your first - and next - perfect Flagler day.

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our vacation Very much. The house was just perfect for the nine of us. A great location right across from the beach. We even loved all the restaurants in the area and never had to drive because we were within walking distance. We definitely would stay there again

Great location and plenty of room!

Had a great time at the Wave Watcher!! We were there for a soccer tournament and there was another family with us. All the kids had fun in the bunk room and on the beach. Adults had their own space upstairs away from the kids to enjoy and relax during downtime. Would definitely book again!

Quick getaway

Loved this space for a quick getaway. Beach and restaurants at your finger tips. Love the spiral staircase and bunk beds! Communication with Vacasa was not great. We didn’t hear back about items we inquired about until just before having to leave for the trip. We called a few hours before arriving and no answers were provided. We were told we would be called back and was not. Other than that, we love the place!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We especially loved the balcony that overlooked the ocean. It is nicely updated and decorated with plenty of white, clean towels and updated bathrooms. The cleaners could have done a better job. There were crumbs in the kitchen and the floors were dirty. The beds were comfy. The spiral staircase was challenging and there wasn’t enough seating in the living room for the number of people that can stay at the house so we brought in chairs from the dining room. It’s very easy to walk to restaurants and the beach and shops . One of the door handles in a bedroom kept falling off. There are plenty of plates and cups.

Great Spot with some Fixable Issues

This location is amazing with beach access right across the street, excellent views from the porch, kitchen, and living room. The host is responsive and accommodating, but we did run into a couple issues during our stay. The AC upstairs had trouble keeping up and shut off for a day, the microwave stopped heating towards the end of our stay, and I had to take care of a couple roaches. This was a particularly warm week, and some of our guests may have left the sliding door open for too long, putting extra stress on the central air, and the microwave is fixable. With these things addressed, this property is a no-brainer for a care-free getaway.

Overall enjoyable stay

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. It's a great space for a big group. It was generally clean, however, the grill was dirty, and there was a lot of sand on the porch. We did have some problems with the amenities. The blender was broken, and the downstairs sliding glass door would not open, despite being labelled as an emergency exit. The upstairs sliding glass door was also difficult to open. We tried to make management aware of these issues, but they never responded. Communication with the property managers is not great. They take at least two days to respond. The location was great. Walkable to so much, and the beach was beautiful. Be prepared for traffic noise and live music from a nearby bar on the weekends. We had a good time and would book again despite the lack of communication and the minor issues with amenities.

family vacation

Overall was good however a few things was not happy with. First when arrived it doesn't specify where to park and on the booking it says 3 vehicle parking but when arrived its not what it says so I called Vacasa and they kept telling me only only showing one parking (now this is for 10 to 12 people house you cant arrived and have only one car) so I sent a screen shot of showing 3 vehicles and they said will call back. 5 hours later after we kinda figured it out they called to say you can park on street or where ever available. The other issue was when leaving I'm asking what was check out as far as what to do-didnt hear back on that one except over an hour later a text just to text when ready to leave. So the communication was extremely poor. The house held everybody and location was good just bad communication so was hesitant to ask anything else cause since reply was horrible

his rental was fantastic. The host communicated well, the home was beautifully updated, and the ocean view and sound were incredibly peaceful. Its walkable location to restaurants and shops made it the perfect, convenient getaway. Highly recommend.
