We had a wonderful stay in Omaha at this property. Highly recommended for longer trips or bigger parties. There was plenty of room, and everything was within 20 minutes of the property. Communication was efficient, and they were very helpful when our flight had to be changed and we needed an extra night added on! Cannot recommend enough!

There were some glitches during our stay however, the host responded promptly to resolve concerns. The house was clean, except for some carpeting downstairs that was stained. We appreciated that most everything we needed was available. It was a comfortable place to gather with our family.

Place is good. When we stripped the sheets this morning we found urine stains on almost every mattress cover. Also the bath in the hallway, toilet is running almost alll the time. Fireplace does not work.

We would like to clarify that the marks found on the mattress protectors were not urine stains, but discoloration from a prior drink spill. All bedding and mattress covers are professionally laundered and sanitized between each stay. If this had been brought to our attention at any point during your 16-day stay, we would have immediately replaced them. Regarding the hallway bathroom toilet and the fireplace, we wish we had been informed earlier. We did arrange for support personnel to inspect the fireplace, but unfortunately we were unable to complete the check as access was not available at the time. We always encourage guests to notify us right away of any concerns so we can resolve them promptly and ensure a comfortable experience. Thank you again for your stay and for your feedback.

Stay went well. The listing stated it was much closer to our destination than it is which was disappointing. We also were told the neighbors were complaining about our noise when we were sleeping an making no noise at all. There are good restaurants in the area and Walmart is very close. Which is convenient
