Drive right up to the door and unload your car with ease in every season. Step directly into a large custom built entryway with a barn board wall and hooks coupled with colorful storage cubbies for every possible accessory. In the winter, sit down on our hand crafted wooden benches to take off your boots and gloves and put them directly on the large boot dryer. The entryway bathroom is just steps inside the door. A large lofted Queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings and private en suite awaits you and 2 bonus beds in the study allows this to be a separate private space for a full family. Step up into the large open living space that boasts huge floor to ceiling windows highlighting the gorgeous waterfront views and your own private beachfront. Step out onto the patio from the large glass door to take in the beauty. A large kitchen with every amenity considered awaits you with its own sprawling views of the water. Bar seating is available for 4 right next to a unique dining table that seats 8. A cozy reading corner and sofa area with fireplace closes out the space. The sofa has a pull out double bed for another sleeping spot. The second Queen bedroom and full bathroom sits on this same floor. Follow the unique barn board wall and rope railing downstairs to another cozy Queen bedroom with one of the best views of the water. A 3rd full size bathroom is just steps down the hall and right next to the 4th bedroom. This bunk room boasts a full over full bed with a full trundle bed for plenty of fun sleepover parties. There is a spacious front loading washer dryer on this floor which fits a full load of clothes plus towels. A second comfy living room with an oversized couch, tv, plenty of board games and outside access finishes out the lower floor.
The house comes with just about every amenity you can imagine to make your stay comfortable and fun. The level backyard provides a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. There are 2 hanging porch swings, a hammock, a fleet of boats (paddle boards, kayaks, sailboat, canoe, floats), lifejackets and a storage closet full of sports equipment. We have tennis racquets and balls for a game at the courts, a corn hole board, sand toys and more.
