Here's what your days will look like:
• Wakeup in your hotel-quality bed overlooking Lake Sunapee and the surrounding mountains
• Enjoy coffee from our fully stocked coffee station
• Go swimming or kayaking
• Grill a nice lunch and take a break enjoying the calm waters
• Explore the nearby hikes and ziplining around Mt. Sunapee
• Cook a big dinner in our chef's kitchen
• Do it all again the next day

Each cottage comes with 1 kayaks and 1 stand up paddle board(only included in appropriate season!) and grill- propane is not supplied(if it runs out during your stay please refill)


The dock is very large and connects to 2 other cottages. It's "shared" but you have your own designated space and area with a picnic table to enjoy.
The overall backyard space where the fire pit is located is shared amongst three units (including this unit).

Guest are able to access through front door and have a back sliding door giving you access right to the dock area of the unit. The dock is huge and connects to other units dock but each have separate dock area and amenities. Each cottage has one kayak and stand up paddle board in the warm months. Each unit also has its own patio furniture to enjoy. Please don’t move furniture.

3 MIN drive to Mt. Sunapee Ski/Ziplining.

• 7 MIN walk to a 25 mile network of hiking trails
• 3 STEPS to the water.
• 6 MIN drive to Sunapee Village

You are provided with 2 designated ( see pictures for spaces) parking spots with your reservation. Parking is limited so if additional parking is needed you must contact host prior to your stay. There is a small additional fee for additional spots ($25)

Note: The fireplace is decorative only.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed front door and one over the parking lot.

If you are wanting to bring a boat and dock next to the cottage it is 50$ per night. The dock is “shared” with two other cottages but each cottage has there own dedicated area and patio furniture to themselves. Kayaks and Paddle board are available in the summer months along with patio furniture, starting in May. Please don’t move patio furniture.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am
