House was very clean and spacious. The layout is very amazing and the location is close to many walkable attractions. The host communicated with excellence and made the stay more memorable. I’m already speaking with my family to plan another trip there. Multiple trips. 10/10 overall with no complaints. And I will be staying here whenever I get another opportunity

A few things werent working, (dishwasher, downstairs shower) but other than that it was a fantastic place and great location

Thank you for your feedback. For the dishwasher it seems prior guest had taken out the plug from under the sink. Also, we will check out downstairs shower but it was working fine and no guests have reported that as issue. If you had reached out during your stay, this could have been easily resolved.

The location of this property is good. Furnishings and size are nice. This issue is the quality of the installation of the hard finishes (tile, grout, trim, doors) and cleanliness. Refrigerator and freezer were soiled with food crumbs, spills, frozen melted ice cream. We found two partial loaves of bread, a bag of rice in the cabinets and ice cream in the freezer. The appliance still has plastic on the inside and outside like it was set in place but not fully unpackaged and it's not brand new. The range was dirty as well. The glass doors and windows still had all the stickers and screw hole caps attached to the glass. Again, those were not recently installed. Remove them and clean the glass. The door between the bedroom and bathroom was hung improperly and would not shut. Trim throughout the house needs to be cleaned of grout and dirt. All of this can be corrected and hopefully will once the owner is aware. The cleaning service needs to be replaced.

Thank you for your review. I take every review and feedback very seriously. After your review was received, I did work with my cleaner to make sure everything is triple checked. I also went back to the timestamped pictures which were provided to see condition refrigerator and stove. However, I did not find any issues with the cleanliness of the house. However, My cleaner have been notified to make sure nothing is overlooked.

We had a great stay overall. The host was very accommodating and extremely communicative throughout our visit, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was very convenient for our visit, which made getting around simple and stress-free.At one point we accidentally locked our keys inside, and the host responded quickly and resolved the situation without any trouble, which we really appreciated.The house itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with nice fixture placements that made the space feel intentional and comfortable. The towels were nice and added to the overall comfort of our stay. While the craftsmanship wasn’t perfect in a few areas—which was noticeable—it didn’t cause any inconvenience.One thing to note is that the heating felt concentrated on the first floor, and the upstairs bedrooms were a bit cold during our visit. There was one portable room heater available, which was helpful, though having one for each bedroom would have made the stay more comfortable. On the positive side, having a washer and dryer available was very convenient, and the Christmas tree set up during our stay was a lovely, thoughtful touch that made the home feel extra welcoming.Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location with a responsive host and many thoughtful details.
