I am glad you enjoyed your stay Nenita. You did not have any complaints or negative feed back during your stay either. In fact you asked for Kate check out and you got it at no extra charge and even though you left the house in a mess with every single pot, plate and cup used in the sink and I still did not mind knowing you have a family and as you mentioned you did not have time. I wonder why you choose to give us 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Wish you the best

This place was great! It was exactly what we needed. The location is safe and convenient and the house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was quickly responsive to all my questions. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

We stayed here for three weeks while our own apartment underwent unexpected construction. Silvia was an excellent host, the property was perfect for our needs and really served as a home away from home. Whether your visiting LA and need a central home base, or you’re local and need a temporary home away from home, this is a wonderful option.

The size of the property was fine for three people. We had a small dog and it was conducive for walking her, except for the signs warning of coyotes! Close to the mountain so understandable. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Everything was as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay in this home in Burbank. It's in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the freeway to get to all the local attractions like Universal Studios and Hollywood. The house was clean with plenty of extra towels and sheets. Having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The kitchen had basic supplies but it would be difficult to cook elaborate meals with what was provided. But who wants to cook while on vacation anyway? Sylva was very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this property!

Easy check in. Any concerns I had, the host, Sylvia took care of quickly or helped me find what I missed. She was very kind! My kids loved the patio furniture too! I recommend this to anyone traveling with kids on a family adventure. Or a group a friends needs a place to stay.

Stayed with family for Halloween Horror at Universal. Close to Universal Studios and Disney. Fast and professional communication with host. Easy to find, easy to check in/out. Super clean place. Secure/safe location. Well maintained. Very spacious house in every room, could sleep 6-8 comfortably. More amenities than thought like coffee, extra towels and pillows. Advertised as pet friendly but no pet odors noted. Will stay there again for travel to Universal Studios or Disney land. The host is amazing!

I have already communicated with you immediately after my flight landed that I was on an international flight with no Wi-Fi access and that’s why I could not receive or respond to your message. I have provided you the electronic access code that should have worked as it always have worked with past guests. I am sorry that you had this experience but I am disappointed with your review even though I have explained to you the situation and fully refunded your Stay. You never went inside my house and you gave it a 2 star as if you did and that is not ok
