Met by piles of trash by door. Mildew smell which I discovery was wet laundry in the washer by the front door. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people for 3 days! used wash cloth hanging in the shower. Bath matt on floor needed cleaning. greasy hand prints on refrigerator and microwave. Old food in cabinets. Coffee Maker had used cup of water sitting under it, (no coffee). No dish washing soap, or hand soap in bath. Parking was good. Did not use the pool. The couch was saggy and very uncomfortable. I thought the bed was okay but too firm for my husband. Good location.

Everything was peachy. I definitely love my stay. I suggest do not bring your speaker from home. The neighbors do not allow that even if it’s at reasonable hours when it comes to communication with the host, it takes a little time, but he definitely will get back in contact with you. Patients is a key. Now when it comes to leaving in and out of the house, I literally had to call the host every time we came back because the keypad did not work. When it comes to traffic, this might not be the ideal place to stay, but when there’s no traffic, you’re literally maybe 20 minutes away from everything. But overall, this place was so beautiful. The pictures does not justice. You have to see it in person.

My stay in the property was going well until about five days before I was due to leave. I had issues with some deliveries I had ordered on Amazon. The first package was delivered to the door of the apartment, that was uneventful. Then the nightmare began. The host wasn't really helpful on retrieving my deliveries that had been left in the package room. He first said he was trying to contact his neighbour to help me. This proved unsuccessful. When I asked for details of this neighbour he refused to elaborate. Frustrated I went to the front office after two days to see what could be done. It was then that I discovered that the property owner was under eviction and I could have found my things in the streets! The host was also in breach of rules about short-lets and apparently owed a substantial amount of money. The people in the front office were very nice but I had to keep close to the property to ensure anything untoward did not happen. This is the first time I have used Vrbo and I am shocked at this experience. More diligent checks should have been done. The last three days of my stay was one of trepidation about imminent eviction!! My vacation was thoroughly ruined as I could not leave the apartment for too long for fear of threatened action.
