This home is close to Martinez Lake on the lower Colorado river, and will have a boat dock available for usage during stay for free. Martinez Lake hosts 50 fishing tournaments a year and all water sports. If you do not want to leave your boat at the dock overnight, home has plenty of parking space for multiple boats. You Like atv/sxs riding ? Leave right from the property onto miles of open legal riding. Only 25 minutes from butter cup sand dunes and the Colorado river no more leaving your toys at a hotel parking lot! No garage parking, but parking for multiple cars on property. We are on a unique culdsac with only one neighbor. Please keep it down (outside)after 11pm on weekends and 10pm on weekdays.
