Villa de luxe de style scandinave (12-14 personnes) avec bain à remous au Cercle d'Or

Notre maison est parfaite pour un petit groupe d'amis ou pour toute la famille. La maison offre une vue sur la montagne tout autour, un grand bain à remous sur le patio et dans le salon ouvert il y a une longue table pour que tout le groupe puisse profiter de chaque repas de la journée. La maison est située dans la plupart des principales attractions du sud de l'Islande comme Þingvellir, la cascade Faxi, Efstiddalur, Brúarfoss, Geysir et Gullfoss. Dans un rayon de 1 à 100 km se trouvent Þjórsjárdalur, Landmannalaugar, Þórsmörk, Kjölur, Háifoss, Gjáin, Stöng, Hrunalaug, Þjófafoss, Hrunalaug, Brúarhlöð, Skógafoss, Gljúfrabúi, Hjáfar visiter. Nous sommes situés dans le magnifique petit village de Reykholt, à seulement 19/27 km de Geysir et Gullfoss, de sorte que les environs sont vraiment paisibles et calmes.

This is a perfect home on the Golden Circle to celebrate with friends. We had a lovely time cooking dinners and traveling to many area within the Golden Circle. Agla is a kind and generous homeowner. I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Family get together at a great location with a helpful, responsive host.

A cook’s kitchen where several can work together. Bathrooms clean and nice for each bedroom to have its own. Check in easy. Beautiful house.

Wonderful and spacious home by the Golden Circle

We stayed at this property for 5 nights and it was a wonderful home away from home. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults, with room to spare. Definitely could accommodate a larger party of 12-14. The owners were super communicative and responsive! I gladly recommend this place without any reservations.

Family in Iceland

Location was great, central to what we wanted to visit in Iceland. Six bedrooms fit our family of 13 very well, kitchen and appliances were well stocked, and plenty of room to sit for meals and games.

This home allowed our 12 person family to enjoy our vacation in Iceland. The house was clean, well appointed, and welcoming. Our host was a pleasure to work with. The house was about 2 hours to Keflavik airport but conveniently located to many local attractions.

Great house with a great location!

We stayed at this property with two families of 4, and it had everything we needed for a great week! Very clean and spacious, comfortable beds, tons of outdoor patio space, and close to so much. We did a thermal pool, hopped on a tour bus to a glacier, saw geysers, and waterfalls all less than an hour away. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to see all the great sights of Iceland, and come home to great comfort and ease.

Family outing

11 of us stayed at the house which more than met our needs. Communicating with our host was very easy and she was prompt with her replies. We had enough room so we could have our space or play games at the table. This was a very good find and highly recommended.

Wonderfully quaint large home

Home base for 14 travelers, Easy access right in the golden circle, very quiet location at the end of the street. Saw the northern lights from the back patio. All the accommodations you want for a weeks stay. One cautious note is the washer/ dryer takes a very long time ( this seems to be an Icelandic design) If we return we will likely come to this wonderful home!

Amazing family gathering in Reykholt

We had such a wonderful C time visiting the golden circle and Reykholt area! Agla was a wonderful host and provided such helpful information for day trips. She even helped arrange for a local chef to come and cook a lovely dinner for us at the house. We were a C large group of 8 adults, 1 ten, and 2 young children. The house was perfect! We would definitely stay again if visiting Iceland in the future.

Everything about the White House was perfect. Everyone had there own space and bathroom!!!!!! The kitchen was stocked for everything we could possibly need to make fabulous meals!!! Clean, clean, clean !!!!!! Communication was always quick and informative!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at The Whitehouse in Iceland. The home was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home.The location was ideal for exploring the Golden Circle and surrounding sights, yet peaceful enough to relax and recharge at the end of the day. It was so nice to come back each evening and enjoy the hot tub while taking in the quiet beauty around us.The hosts were fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming place to stay with your family, we can’t recommend The Whitehouse enough. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Just fabulous

We were a group of 5 couples from Wales visiting Iceland for the first time.The White House is an amazing place to stay ,even better than it looks in the pictures It was warm, comfortable ,very well equipped and just a lovely place to stay.Its on the Golden Circle a short walk from the Tomato Farm ,which was a great place to experience and have a meal If you want to be sure if getting a table booked before you travel We were very lucky to get a table without booking .The host Agla was lovely and very responsive to messages .The hotel tub was really big and the temperature was just right I would highly recommend the White House and it's location.

Great villa in the countryside

Overall great experience. The hosts are very communicative. The villa is clean and super cute. Only drawback is the hot tub only gets to Luke warm. We just couldn’t do it in 30 degree weather. The location is far from the city. This however is perfect if you are trying to see the northern lights. We got a wonderful view from the balcony.

The land of Unpronounceable names.

We booked the WH nearly a year ago. Agla & Karl could not be more perfect host. The WH surpassed every expectation. Never a question went unanswered and promptly! Agla suggested places to go, and places to eat. We were only 4 in our group so the house was oversized for our needs but we wanted that. If you’re planning an Icelantic adventure with a large group this is the house for you. Thank you again Agla & Karl.
