Stay comfortably in Sarasota at this 4-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. Imagine waking up to the Florida sun, just 5 miles from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. This beautiful 4-bedroom home is your private oasis, perfectly designed for a memorable vacation.
Step outside to your own backyard paradise. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, ( 5-15 DEGRESS WARMER THAN THE AIR) which reaches a depth of 8 feet, perfect for a cool-down. After a day of exploring, unwind in the inviting hot tub or gather around the fire pit on the paver patio for s'mores and starry nights. Heated pool & hot tub $30 nt. Garage is Not available during the rental season. It's the owners storage. There will be no access given to the garage. Also keep in mind we live in a deed restricted area. Quiet times or 9 PM to 7 AM. No motorcycles, commercial vehicles, large trucks for Hauling, boats RVs or jet skis are permitted in our community.

We enjoy the best of Florida living, being just minutes from the world-renowned, beautiful white-quartz sands of Siesta Key, where the shore is always cool underfoot. Our spot provides incredible convenience, with the Gulf Gate shops and essentials like Costco and Lowe's just about a mile away, making errands a breeze. Beyond the daily convenience, the home serves as the perfect launchpad for coastal adventure; we frequently visit the vibrant Siesta Key Village for its great restaurants and lively atmosphere, and easily explore the stunning neighboring keys like Lido Key and Longboat Key, including the unique shopping and dining at St. Armands Circle. Whether we are heading out for a day of boating and fishing on the sparkling Gulf waters or simply soaking up the coastal community vibe, the proximity to everything we love makes this location truly special.
Forget the white-glove service and 1,000-thread-count sheets—unless you happen to bring your own! You've found a cozy place to hang your hat that is, in fact, someone's actual home. That means you get all the charm, comfort, and, yes, maybe even the occasional quirk that comes with it (just like your place!).

We promise it's clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with the essentials. However, if you're picturing a 5-star resort with a poolside butler and endless champagne... well, you might be confusing us with the Ritz-Carlton, which is conveniently located down the street. Seriously, go check them out if that's your vibe!

Here, you're a guest in our personal space, so please treat it with the same love you give your own home. If you spot a small mistake or something is amiss, please tell us immediately! We'll fix it faster than you can say "room service" (which we definitely don't have).

*** Note: Also keep in mind in the colder months that it does get down to the 60s here. The pool of 10,000 gallons of water will not stay at a warm temperature throughout the night. It will need to reset itself in the morning and start over. We make no guarantees on heated pool & hot tube temps, it relies on the weather outside.
