Comfy et confortable nouvellement construit 1300 pieds carré 2 étages climatisé / home chauffée avec 3 chambres à inclure une lit king size, 1 lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux. Air matelas x 2 et sacs de couchage également disponible avec beaucoup d'espace de jardin pour planter une tente si désiré. Canapé en coupe confortable surdimensionné dans le salon équipé canaux directs de films de télévision. Cuisine pleine taille avec salle à manger et terrasse extérieure avec barbecue à gaz et d'un foyer ci-dessous. Taille bain d'entrée séparée complÚte avec douche et jacuzzi baignoire à jet avec la moitié de bain au premier niveau. Laveuse sécheuse empilable avec tous les draps / serviettes fournis. Le matériel de plage tels que des chaises, des serviettes, des planches de bodyboard, et parapluies également fourni pour une utilisation locataire.

The home was very nice- clean, well appointed, and large for what we needed. Amenities were perfect. The hosts responded promptly to all questions. Check in was easy.The only small downside was that the house isn't actually ON Chincoteague Island, so it was a bit of a drive to get there, but this was manageable for the weekend and we had a lovely stay. Would come back.

Property was great! House was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Enjoyed the deck and sitting around the fire in evening. Host was responsive and checked in throughout our stay. NASA is near by; we got to experience a rocket launch while crabbing on the pier one evening. Military base is close; we were able to see E2 Hawkeye planes fly over!

Excellent retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was cleans, kitchen was well stocked and we had access to all the amenities! It was very close to a grocery store and easy access to Chincoteague!!!

Nice Place to Stay

Great location near Chincoteague and Assateague. House has been remodeled and is spotless. Great shower and kitchen. Fresh drinking water is also provided. It was very well supplied and comfortable. It is located in a resort/campground so not spaced far from neighbors, but has lots of activities. One negative, like any location near a bay, there are mosquitos. So bring bug spray. Overall a really nice place to stay for a few days.

Great Property

Overall our stay here was great. The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The only negatives for us were the very low water pressure in the shower, and having to park under a pine tree that dropped needles and sap all over our cars. All my interactions with the owner were great.

Family Friendly

Owners were super sweet and very accomodating. Our family had the best time and created lots of memories together thanks to this beautiful place. Very relaxing and hands off feeling. They have everything needed to feel right at home. Loved all the updated features and that it was very pet friendly.

I have to say this place is a hidden gem!! Not exactly what I expected.. but definitely worth the price for the location and amenities
 I absolutely loved the ease of being there..every single thing we needed to know about was labeled and spelled out. Internet service and cell service.. wasn’t the best..no fault of the owner, just putting it out there. In return, they had a pretty cool selection of DVD’s.. which on the one rain day we had, was such a blessing. Also loved the pet friendliness..

Lovely quiet spot with bonus of air show from nearby Naval base!

The property lies a couple of streets back from the water front. The drive to the house is via an eclectic variation of trailer homes. The campsite is really quite large. The house was lovely - very clean and spacious. There are three bedrooms, one downstairs powder room and a jack-and-Jill bathroom accessible from the master bedroom and the upstairs hallway. On our day of arrival, we were treated to 2 2-hour training shows, at 3pm and 8pm, from the nearby Naval base, where Hawkeye aircraft flew low, right overhead. What a treat! As avid plane enthusiasts, it was quite the show. Communication with the owner was detailed and we were welcomed to get in touch with any issues. We did not need to as the accommodation was just lovely. Would absolutely recommend!

House

The house is in a very nice community campground! It made me miss camping and the restaurant there is super good and there’s even a crab guy within the park that will cook up your crabs that you buy from him and there’s a launch place for your boat. So many things but not close to many stores, very peaceful and relaxing!!!!

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

House was clean, quiet and in a very charming neighborhood. Check in was smooth and easy and the owners were very accommodating, prompt and friendly. My husband and I, along with my sister in law and nephew syayed for 4 nights and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

Our new home away from home

My older teenage daughter's and I had the most incredible time here and are planning on returning every summer! The house is just perfect! Super clean and completely equipped with everything you could possibly need. The girls had a blast with the golf cart we rented which made getting around the campground entertainment in itself. My favorite part besides the incredible house, was that there's really no need to even leave the campground. From the pool to the piers, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, the General Store and the golf cart...there was never a dull moment. We grabbed what we needed from Walmart and Food Lion (both about 20 mins away) and really only left to go to the beach. If you're looking to relax and have a great time, this is the perfect place! We can't wait to come back next year!

Detailed Delightful!

Cozy & well maintained home thay owners take pride in. Well stocked kitchen. Everything you need. Great area for fishing & crabbing. Nice steam pot for your catch at home. Lots of notes & helpful instructions throughout home. Just an easy place to call home while on vacation. Beds comfortable. Great fridge/ washer dryer. Quick response to any inquire. We used marina- easy, friendly area. Rented golf carts- my family really enjoyed!!!

Vacation with the family

We all had a wonderful time! The house was very nice. Enjoyed exploring the area and going to the beach! A fun time had by all! Just be sure to have bug spray- the mosquitoes were really bad.

Perfect place to relax

We stayed here for a family get away and enjoyed the chincoteague area. The property is very clean and well maintained and has all of the amenities you would need. The property owners provided detailed instructions and responded promptly. I would recommend this property to others.

Jean is an Advanced Practice Nurse and Joe is an outside sales for 84 Lumber. We have realized that life is just too short so our motto is to Relax and just have Fun!!

New house build with lots of love- house is very comfortable and equipped with coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas. Boats are welcome and access ramp is a block away from our driveway!
