Escape to this beautiful direct Gulf-front condo in Indian Shores, Florida, where coastal style and breathtaking water views create the perfect setting for your next beach getaway. This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to the beach, making it a wonderful choice for couples, families, or a relaxing escape on the Gulf Coast.

The living room features large sliding glass doors that frame sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, filling the space with natural light and a true beachfront feel. When you are ready to unwind indoors, the living area also includes a 52-inch TV with cable service and a DVD player for added entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the dining table while taking in the beautiful coastal views.

This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and local attractions and sits directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other popular Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your beachfront retreat.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.

Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at this location. We had everything we needed and had great sunsets on sunny days. The water gulf water was warm and the beach always a plus. Our visit was the year after a hurricane came through there and didn’t notice the description that said the pool was closed so we really misssd that amenity. (Read the small print, folks.) there was three TVs in the condo but only the living room one worked because two weren’t hooked up to the new Xumo service. No biggie because we were busy all day and were tired. The Dalí Museum was an easy half hour drive and well worth the admission. Lots to see and do in this area of Florida and we were centrally located to most of it.
