The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and all the cookware and dishes needed for meal prep. A dedicated workspace with a desk sits in the living room. A bright sunroom offers extra space to relax, and a full size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Guest Access:

Self check-in with a smart lock on the front door. Your door code and entry instructions are sent through the guest app at 3 PM on your arrival day.

The home is on Doe Tail Court in Midtown Savannah, a quiet residential neighborhood about 10 minutes from Downtown Savannah and 25 minutes from Tybee Island Beach. Walmart and Sam's Club are both a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Downtown Savannah is about a 10 minute drive, and Tybee Island Beach is about 25 minutes. A car or rideshare is recommended to reach either.



Other Things to Note:

No-shoes policy inside the home. Please leave furniture, decor and game consoles in place. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM. No smoking indoors; please use the provided outdoor ashtrays if you smoke outside. Dog friendly: hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 pounds, with a pet fee of 50 dollars per dog per day. No cats, reptiles, birds, fish or snakes.
