Gorgeous condo and resort!

Beautiful property -- close to everything

We loved our location - the property and pool were fantastic. Property managers were great to work with and accommodating. We liked being able to come and go out of the weekend beach crowds rather than staying right in the middle of it all.

We were there for 6 days and we loved it! Margaritaville is not 100% completed so it is only going to get better as they complete the project. We definitely want to go back!

Great Place For Families!

We are a family of 5. We had an amazing time in this condo. The location was perfect. We were there for a month, so we had access to the extra amenities, like the beach club, and various pools. Definitely recommend it to any family looking for a nice relaxing time.

Perfect stay

We loved the condo. Everything was very clean and furnished nicely. Easy check in and out. We used the screened in porch a lot, great for coffee and wine. We enjoyed the pool, it's directly across from the condo. Loved the location of OPH. Floridays is the restaurant close to the property, they had great food and atmosphere. We all agreed we would stay again!

Beautiful and spacious condo just over bridge from Anna Maria

This 3 bedroom condo was an excellent place to spend our 12 day vacation. When you walk in, you are greeted with a beautiful view out the large lanai. We biked to the beach and to the Perico Iskand Preserve. We rented a boat out of Bradenton and played tennis on the public courts in Holmes Beach. The unit is extremely attractive, comfortable, well stocked and we would highly recommend.

Awesome stay!

This property is conveniently located to all the beaches, many shops, snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing and tons of great restaurants! Pictures don’t do it justice as the unit is much nicer in person. Comfy beds, a/c works great, well stocked kitchen, the back porch overlooks water and is very peaceful. Wagner Realty was awesome too! Very communicative and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again. The property comes with beach towels, chairs and bikes!

Nice condo needs deep clean

Condo was pretty. Shower liners need replacing. Master shower needs a deep clean. Many light bulbs need replacing. Found a pair of dirty socks under a bed, toilet paper holder broken. For the price we expected a cleaner rental. Beautiful screen porch not usable due to ants. The porch was treated late afternoon of our last day. Wagner Realty was slow to respond.

Dear Ginger, I apologize for your frustration and am sorry that you feel that our response to your needs were slow. As a timeline, you checked in on the 19th and checked out on the 26th. We did not know of any problems until Monday the 21st. We were told that there were lights out throughout the condo, a broken toilet paper holder and ants on the patio. We gave the handyman and the pest control company work orders to take care of the issues that we knew of. I do know that the lights were addressed and the toilet paper roll was found not to be broken but 1/2 of it was missing, which required replacement not repair. I also apologize that the pest control was not done more timely. Unfortunately, we do not make their schedules and cannot guarantee the day they can make it over. Had I known it would take that long, I would have gone and purchased a can of Raid to kill off the ants and call in the cleaning crew to clean up the ant debris. According to the pest control company they were there on the 24th. As to cleaning...this review is the first that I have heard from you about the shower liners needing replacement, the Master shower deeper cleaning and that you found dirty socks under the bed. Had you mentioned this before, we would have sent the cleaning crew in immediately as I have a crew over at One Particular Harbour on a daily basis. While we did do everything that we could to make your stay more comfortable, we do apologize that our vendors were not as timely as we would have hoped. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay in spite of these shortcomings and hope that we see you again soon! All the Best, Lisa

Beauty and Comfort

My family and I stayed here 6/12-6/18 and it was lovely,; I must say that the pictures do not do it justice. We are a family of 6 including my 70 + mom and we had more than enough room. All of the appliances are nice and the decor “beach chic”. The beach was a few minutes drive with plenty of parking and we also really enjoyed the bikes (although they could use a little maintenance ) and the trails… there is also bowling and shopping a short drive away with a host of family restaurants and bars. I only have 2 complaints, my big one was an unannounced maintenance visit. My son who is an adult just happened to be there when the person let themselves in…. I didn’t like that and I was happy it wasn’t my 15 year old daughter because she would have felt uncomfortable ( let me be clear the maintenance guy did nothing wrong, he was just unexpected) . Lastly there was a question about a piece of the toilet paper dispenser missing which made me feel a little weird but I guess they have to ask… it wasn’t us. Overall we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful place and we would love to return next summer and stay a little longer.

We apologize about the maintenance man. He was actually an inspector checking on the smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. There should have been a notice on our arrival package informing you of the visit. I am not sure how yours could have been missed as they were put on all envelopes checking in that weekend, but somehow it happened. As for the toilet dispenser...half of it was missing and we were just trying to figure out where it went. Very nice condo

This condo was very nice, very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had lots of space to store food and drink. Bedrooms were comfortable and having 3 baths was really convenient when we had a bigger crowd. We really enjoyed the lanai. Having access to Netflix was a plus, though we did miss having some sports channels available. The pool was very convenient, and the grounds were great for walking. Some of the younger members of our party enjoyed the bikes that were available. Having a restaurant within walking distance was also a plus.

Wonderful Amenities

We stayed here for a week. The condo is as beautiful if not more than it is in the pictures. The mattresses are super comfortable. Lots of towels available. Games for kids and grown ups to play. Kitchen is very well equipped. Loved the kids room. My 3 kids were stoked about it. Management responded very quickly to our questions/concerns. Highly recommend this condo. It’s right across from the pool/bbq/playground area which is nice and convenient.

Wonderful property close to nature reserve

Beautiful Condo

Nice condo, well decorated and stocked. We had an issue with the rental agent about amenities. She was very defensive and rude. I would NOT recommend doing business with her realty company. Do not look at the website for One Particular Harbour or Harbor Isle because it shows photos of amenities that are not available to you. The only amenity is the pool and a few strand cruiser bikes. That’s it. Beautiful condo though.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, as we do appreciate it. I'm sorry that you where disappointed on the use of the amenities for the other resort located in Harbour Isles. We spoke directly after you booked so that we can explain the contract and all booking details and we did cover the OPH short term rental amenities. After the confusion came into play , I tried to explain we do not have the authority to give access and no where is it posted on any of our sites that we can give you access to those amenities. I tired to apologies as this is the rule set by associations, and that I am at no liberty to make any exceptions. I know you explained to me that you went and looked further at the property that is advertised directly from THEIR web site, and they do promote it from a sales prospective with all the amenities they offer are listed for potential buyers/sales. The good news is that they do let us give tenant's use of the additional amenities that book if they stay a month or longer. Again, I'm sorry and we are glad you enjoy the pool and the extra bikes the owner provided for their unit. Regards, Management

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful! It was just a short, convenient drive to the beach. The pool and splash pad was amazing and it had an outdoor grilling area great for cooking dinners. Everything you could possible need was in the vicinity. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and answered all the questions that we had. Thank you for a great vacation!

Lovely condo, fit our families’ needs. Enjoyed the pool area and screened lanai. Good location, quiet and safe. Close to bus stop.

Perfect beach getaway!

We love the margaritaville area and lifestyle. The condo was amazing. Beautifully decorated and suited for a relaxing “5 o’clock somewhere” getaway. We will be back!

Family Fun

Loved our accommodations -room for everyone! First time away from Siesta Key but found Anna Maria to be just as charming! Can’t say enough about the lively condo, pool, surroundings! So glad we found This place!!!!
