We had a lovely stay in Bradenton! Just close enough to the beach, and all of the amenities a family could need! In addition to the amazing stay in the condo itself, the community as a whole was very welcoming and pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed, including pool/beach towels. The area was nice and quiet and the pool was clean and never crowded when we used it. The only negative for me was the thin curtains in the bedroom and the 2 small windows that had no coverings. I personally need a really dark room to sleep well so I'd take an eye mask if I stayed again.

Great place to relax and absolutely beautiful condo! The complex feels like an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe and enjoyed walking every morning. So close to the island I would come every year!!! Easy access to everything!

This was a tough rental situation from the start. It was inconvenient to have to go to an offsite office to get the entry gate FOB. The instructions weren’t clear on how to gain access to the condo neighborhood and we ended up having to inquire with the neighboring hotel to determine where the gate for the condo was located. Then we had difficulty entering the unit. The management company made a typo with the phone number I provided to open the lock box. Luckily it wasn’t too late so they were able to troubleshoot.The unit was nicely furnished but we had issues with the air conditioner and spent 2 sweaty nights without AC. At first we thought it was a power outage but apparently the AC was on a timer of some sort and it shut off at night and came back on in the morning. Not helpful for comfortable sleeping.On a positive note, the pool was nice and we used it to cool off after the biking debacle.My adult sons slept in the twin beds in the second bedroom but the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the beds squeaked every time they rolled over - clearly only suitable for very young children.We inquired in advance about the bikes in the storage unit - there are only 2 bikes for a 2BR unit. We rented a third bike, but the bikes in storage were not well maintained and the chain came off one of the bikes 3 times. The tires were not inflated properly when we arrived.

The condo is really lovely. The communication with the host was somewhat unclear about parking and beach equipment storage. He later apologized. I would recommend some privacy curtains for the living room doors/windows, as well as the small windows in the main bedroom. We ended up putting pillows in the windowsill to block the view from the neighboring condo looking in to the bedroom.

Perfect vacation spot!

Perfect location! Relaxing and quiet yet close beach, restaurants, food stores, drug stores, etc. Beautiful lagoon and walking paths. We loved having bikes and beach chairs, sheets and towels also provided. We will return next year!

Spectacular Home Away from Home

We stayed here based on its proximity to our parents’ home in Bradenton and to Anna Maria beach, as well as the unit’s modern finishes and expansive kitchen & living areas. This unit and the grounds were both amazing!
