I have hosted many families over the years across multiple platforms, and I consistently receive excellent reviews. I have never had a guest lock themselves out of the home before, and although most hosts charge a lock-out fee, I did not charge you anything. I also did not scold anyone—I drove in the middle of the night, two hours each way, solely to help you gain access. During your stay, there were more than six visitors at the home, which exceeded the allowed number of guests. The garage was also left open on multiple occasions, and I received a notification that the front door handle had been removed entirely during checkout, and the screws could not be located. The door locks are new and sturdy, and no prior guests have had issues with them. All televisions were tested and confirmed to be working, and I did not receive any message from you regarding towels or any other amenities during your stay. Had you reached out, I would have happily addressed any concerns in real time. The home is well stocked and offers more amenities than many comparable rentals. Regarding the city notice, as soon as you notified me, I thanked you and immediately handled the matter directly with the municipality.
