Nous appelons cet appartement lumineux du troisième étage, Piet's Perch. Il est conçu pour être l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer - que vous ayez passé la journée à explorer la ville d'Émeraude ou à innover dans le corridor high-tech à proximité. 

(Si le Piet's Perch n'est pas disponible, ou si les deux escaliers sont décourageants, jetez un œil à la jolie Jewel Box à l'étage principal. Il y a un lien dans notre profil.) 

Construit en 1922 et converti en condos en 2007, Piet's Perch est rempli de charme et de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour une expérience urbaine fabuleuse. Les fenêtres s'ouvrent sur une cour intérieure, laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière et vous protégeant du bruit de la ville. Sortez à l'extérieur et vous êtes à quelques pas du marché de Pike Place, du Space Needle, des bureaux AMZN & MSFT, d'excellents restaurants, de la musique et bien plus encore.

This place is charming, in the center of town (so convenient), very comfortable. The on-street parking was not a problem, found spots very close easily. Recommended!

The host was very communicative and the location was great. Situated between the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market, we were able to walk to local landmarks, restaurants, and markets. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

A great location - Comfortable Stay!

Great place for walking to all of the Seattle visitor sites, easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and light rail. The only downside for me was I had multiple pieces of luggage and the unit was on the third floor - a bit of a challenge walking the stairs - otherwise - GREAT!

Wonderful place to stay in Seattle

We stayed when coming to town for a concert and it was perfect in every way. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and welcoming. - Top Pot donuts for breakfast was a perfect bonus in the morning.

This was a great little apartment! Very clean with lots of amenities. The hosts left great info about the apartment and their favorite restaurants and attractions in the area. They were also very responsive. The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to many attractions and lots of food options. Hosts were great. Very responsive and communicative. The place itself was very clean, bright and had everything needed for a short or long stay. The washer/dryer combo was an excellent plus. The check in process was easy and the location was perfect! The building was clean but the street was a little less so. The immediate block was a little run down but I always felt safe. Its surrounded by nice areas and as I said, within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. This is no fault of the hosts. Thought I would mention it. Overall it was exactly what I needed and wanted for a 4 night stay in Seattle. I recommend it for a solo traveler or a couple on a budget. Thanks

Perfect location and well-furnished apartment

The apartment is well-located for seeing most of Seattle's tourist sites on foot, and it was easy to find food and groceries nearby. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water; everything was as promised and the owner was very responsive. We would most definitely book it again if coming to Seattle.
