Paradise abordable: spacieuse et confortable Cottage Hawaiian

Spacieux, relaxant, entiÚrement aménagé 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain chalet qui peut accueillir quatre adultes dans un cadre calme avec des vues coucher de soleil et l'océan sur 10 hectares bien entretenus dans un complexe de 44 chalets. Nouvelle cuisine, automne 2018! Cottage a l'approche de niveau, beaucoup d'intimité, deux Lanais - une ouverture et une grande véranda clos 20 étapes pour une piscine étincelante; lit king dans la chambre principale, deux jumeaux dans les chambres, et la reine gigogne canapé dans le salon. Cottage bien équipé, lits confortables, deux téléviseurs à écran plat avec antenne parabolique; wifi haut débit gratuit; équipement de plage; deux bicyclettes invitées; étapes pour le stationnement; Parking gratuit dans un emplacement non désigné du chalet. C'est une promenade de cinq minutes à une plage de réserve marine de natation et de snorkeling spectaculaire au nord Ka'anapali à Kahekili Beach Park. Une belle promenade le long de la plage, dans les deux sens se connecte à des restaurants et des animations pour tous les ùges et de portefeuilles. Paradis abordable dans un cadre de classe mondiale. Perfect for our 1st time in Maui

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4. The house was clean and the community was quiet. We enjoyed the lanai every morning. The pool was nice and it was right outside the back door. We had it to ourselves every time we went. Dining and shopping are a short drive. There was a beach right across the street. We would definitely stay again!

Tropic Paradise!

Great location and nice property! Plentiful seating. The breeze is nice with the doors/windows open. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and beach walk way. They really thought of it all. The beach supplies are much appreciated - everything from floats, snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.

Heaven in Maui

This property is just exceptional! The house was very clean and exactly as described. The heated pool was only fifteen steps from the door of the lanai! It was an easy walking distance (8 minutes) to the beautiful Kahekili beach for sunsets and beach enjoyment. The location in West Maui is very good as it is close to lots of restaurants and many beaches. I would highly recommend this property for couples and families!!

Wonderful stay at the cottage

We had an amazing stay. It had everything we needed and more! The cottage was set up really well and had lots of room for our family of four. We appreciated all ‘the little things’ the cottage had to offer, and especially the beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella for our beach days (on the most fantastic beach across the street) or for one of our day trips. All communications with the host before and during our stay were excellent. We would most definitely stay again! Thank you.

Peaceful vacation spot

We stayed for four nights and had a very pleasant time. Just stop for some groceries and check in because everything else is already here. Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to anything else that you might need. We will definitely stay here again

Even better than advertised!

This is one well organized, very well supplied, very lovely home. The owners are so generous that they even asked and provided breakfast foods we like that were there for our arrival. We had questions a couple times and they responded immediately. I can't say enough good things about this rental!

The place to stay on Maui

We had one of the best stays in this cottage. It has everything and more that is necessary for a pleasant time. Location is excellent, very close to the beach with the best snorkeling experience we had on Maui. The cottage itself is very comfortable, the whole time we felt like in a paradise. Will book again next time and recommend for everybody.

Maui cottage

Great cottage close to the beach. We loved all the well-screened louvered windows that allowed a cool breeze to constantly flow through the house. Well stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the beaches. Short drive to Lahaina. Ocean views, large lanai. Great place!

Happiness

The safety of being in a community with the privacy of a cottage. We were very content here. It's spacious, the views are beautiful and it's centrally located to get everywhere. Definitely a feel good spot.

Doesn’t get much better

From the morning birds and breezes to the lanai dinners and sunsets and everything in between, this cottage is just wonderful! It’s quiet and the beds were super comfy. Didn’t need any A/C (fans and cross breezes were plenty) and the house was fully equipped. I can’t thank you enough for 12 nights of bliss spent with my family (myself, husband, and 2 teenage sons). We will be back!!

Awesome Maui Trip

Had a wonderful stay. Great property and an excellent location. We enjoyed walking down to the beach each morning, great snorkeling right across the street, and short drive to Lahaina. Highly recommended.

Great spot, better hosts

This place was wonderful for our family. Very short drive down to Kahekili (Airport) Beach which had all the sand, reef, bathrooms, and anything else you could need. We saw tons of fish, turtles, and even a couple octopuses out snorkeling. I like to run so there is were lots of options right out the front door. Sunsets from the lanai, pool steps out the back door, all kinds of fun plants and trees cover the property and were lots of fun to look up with our kids. Hosts were really fantastic. Can’t say enough about their responsiveness and eagerness to help. They were wonderful. One thing to keep in mind is that the place doesn’t have AC. We actually purchased a window unit at Costco when we arrived just in case we needed it, but we managed to stay cool enough that we returned it unopened. All the windows open and they have lots of fans. Mid summer, which is when we were there, is probably the only time this may be an issue, but even with days in the upper 80s we were ok. We loved the place and hope to return. A big thanks to Suzanne, Carol, and Andy, all of whom were super accommodating and helpful.

Wish we could stay longer!!

We had a great trip! Property is in a perfect location, clean, roomy and has so much to offer! A lot of extras included (boogie boards, bikes, coolers, extra towels for beach and pool). Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. If you have a car, so many other options 4 miles either direction!! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!!

We began our extensive search for the perfect family property in 2013 and found it at the low-density, quiet International Colony Club with its 10 acres of lovely tropical gardens and two heated pools, a relaxed setting, friendly ambience, and a roomy cottage where we can spread out with family and friends, and enjoy spectacular sunsets from our enclosed lanai. We wanted the perfect beach across the street for snorkeling, swimming, strolling at sunset. Paradise found!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Easy-access, large, comfortable private cottage with nearby free parking and next to heated pool in a lovely complex adjacent Royal Kaanapali golf course for all types of travelers and adventurers. The property is close to everything north and south of Kaanapali. The cottage’s beds are comfortable with quality linens, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of good cookware, quality cutlery, coffee grinders, coffee maker, rice cookers, baking ware, ice crusher for your sunset beverage on the spacious enclosed lanai. High-speed WiFi . Four comfy lounging areas with airy, sunny windows. One large enclosed lanai; for dining along with a relaxing sitting area; a separate smaller open lanai is great for morning coffee and sunset beverages. The cottage is fan-cooled by six ceiling fans along with extra fans for your comfort. The cottage does not have air conditioning. Beach towels, wheeled ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a Weber Spirit II gas barbecue and more are for our guests to enjoy a great vacation. Both lanais offer complete privacy with sunset views. Our spacious cottage is a well-maintained, clean, comfortable home away from home. NOTE: This is a quiet complex with strict rules for quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Pool rules and safe behaviors are clearly designated with signage. We expect respectful behaviors to preserve the quiet ambience that makes the International Colony Club a memorable place to stay. Mahalo!
