We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dos Palmas! The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of 10. The outdoor area, especially the pool, was perfect for relaxing and entertaining, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The teens in our group absolutely loved the ping pong table and outdoor games, which were a great added touch. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, our family had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this property.

They place was exactly as described. Anytime I needed to message The owner she was beyond phenomenal and no matter time or day if I had a question, she was always available. She gave us phenomenal recommendations of activities to do within Puerto for my family of 9

Overall, we had a great stay for the week for our first time in Puerto Rico. The host was extremely responsive and very accommodating for the most part. Initial walk through we noticed a lot of dirty aspects - dead bugs & cockroaches in the cabinet with pots & pans, and found some dead roaches actually in the pots, so we cleaned everything before using it. The AC in the main master room was broken when we arrived,but the host was able to send someone the next day to get it turned on, but we could not adjust the settings at all and was told someone would be there to fix it the day we were leaving. The sinks in the master room did not work, only trickled water. The back up battery for the house was not working (which we were informed of before our stay) and was told because of this we could use the acs and fans throughout the day, but then was told we were using too much energy so needed to shut them off. The pool and outdoor pool room with games kept our kids occupied for the whole stay. There were signs in each bathroom that we could not flush toilet paper, so we had to discard used toilet paper in the trash, which we found very unsanitary. The beds were comfortable, but there being no ac in the living room / kitchen made it so our guests hung out in their rooms instead of all hanging out together in the common space just to be comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe at this location.I would give the host herself a 5 rating, but the house I would rate a 3.

Stephanie, I’m disappointed by your review, as I believe it misrepresents what happened during your stay. I was available throughout the week to assist you and even accommodated requests as a courtesy. However, you checked out 45 minutes late, used the laundry beyond what I had authorized, and damaged the AC remote, which I promptly resolved at no additional cost. I have documentation of our conversations and the events that took place. I respect your right to leave a review, but I believe it should be fair and based on facts rather than retaliation over a disagreement. Unfortunately, I will not be accepting future reservations from you at any of my properties.

I have stayed at multiple VRBO homes. The owner by far was the most responsive and accommodating I've ever had! The house was perfect for our family of 11. Which included adults and children. The backyard was so private and pool was amazing! Every bedroom has it's own AC unit which cooled the rooms so well! The location is close to all things in San Juan. I highly recommend this home for anyone! We hope to stay there again.
