Notre Villa Serena de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain (8 personnes) est entourée de plantes tropicales pour une grande vie intérieure / extérieure.

5 minutes à pied de certaines des plus belles plages de Porto Rico et 10 minutes. à l'aéroport, au vieux San Juan, aux restaurants et aux magasins.

Sur la propriété elle-même se trouve une grande quantité de plantes et d'arbres, ce qui a pour effet de la transformer en une petite oasis pour les oiseaux et une multitude de coquí, une petite grenouille arborescente presque invisible à l'œil (c'est la taille d'une petite ongle de main). Les plantes et les arbres aident à isoler tous les bruits de la ville, et les chants des oiseaux pendant la journée et les coquilles la nuit vous donnent l'impression d'être à la campagne.

Cette maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains est entièrement climatisée et décorée avec goût. Il dispose également d'une terrasse qui vous invite à vous détendre et à profiter de vos vacances.

REMARQUE: Lorsque vous réservez via HomeAway, vous devrez payer la location, le nettoyage et la taxe de tourisme de 7%. Le dépôt de garantie remboursable sera facturé séparément par The Marco Polo Collection (le gestionnaire immobilier) et doit être payé 60 jours avant l'arrivée. There were ample towels for our group of 7. We especially enjoyed having multiple spacious seating areas inside and out. The air conditioning was strong in each room and the icing on the cake was being welcomed with cheese, eggs, beer, rum and milk.

Great spot for our families

It was in a great spot, easy to get to everything, right by the beach, and a short hop to lots of great restaurants and shops. The staff were very communicative and helpful. We were there with two families and felt comfortable with the amount of space.

Great stay

This property is wonderful. The house amenities were great and we were close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet.The owners book has some excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing time at this property. The hosts even had some food items like coffee, bread, eggs, milk and juice for us to use our first day. The house was so comfortable and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. I would stay here again and am grateful for all of the support I received from the moment I arrived to the moment we left. I already miss the house! Superb stay, highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was well appointed and communication with the property management was fantastic! I would recommend replacing the shower heads, area rugs, and the couches have probably lived their lives. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. Everything that was needed was provided for us and we felt completely safe in the area. The only thing that I will add is that the water pressure was very weak but everything else was completely fine.

The perfect metro-getaway

A group of friends from various parts of Canada and the U.S. came to visit our Island for a weekend full of art, food and tourism. The place was spotless for our arrival and worked perfectly for all of the groups needs during their visit. A safe neighborhood, great beaches and restaurants within walking distance and a spacious retreat. Needless to say, they totally enjoyed their stay at Villa Serena.

Best house for groups!

The location was excellent and the Marco Polo team were excellent every step of the way. Even though our flight was early they were able to at least accommodate our bags so we wouldn’t have to carry them while waiting to check-in. The house had everything we needed and felt right at home. Even the kitty that roams the exterior of the property was welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

You would definitely need a vehicle to get to everything it like a ten minutes drive which makes it awesome cause your near everything like right in the middle and plus as soon as you pull out the community beautiful view of the ocean and house is secure and cozy several amenities there to help with cooking and washing I'll definitely be back

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Location is good, assuming you have a car (we did). The gated community aspect is nice from a safety perspective however it makes walking anywhere almost impossible unless you want to go out and around. The property requires about 6 keys to successfully work the front gate, front door and car parking. Once you figure out what goes where it's fine but is a little confusing at first.

Christmas in the Caribbean

The house is exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is big enough & has enough equipment to make meals. A real plus was closeness of the local market, literally 2 blocks away. My favorite part of the house was the outdoor space, a great place to sit, read, play games & relax. A nice home base to explore P.R. A suggestion would be to ask for a side door key for all the side doors in & out of the community, it will make your life easier.

Perfect for us

Our family rented this property and the attached Serena Baja for our last 3 nights on the island. We have traveled to PR 9 times now and always like to end our vacation near the airport so that we are not rushed as we depart. We were blessed to finally find a HOME to rent vs. an apartment in one of the high-rises or a couple of the "lesser" small places that are only a room with a couple beds and a bathroom. This home has everything you need for a relaxed vacation and to be able to cook and entertain if you wish! It is only 2 blocks from the beach (Ocean Park) or a 5 minute drive to Isla Verde Beach, which is larger and has access to restaurants and bars. I would recommend this property over and over!

The pictures on line must've been taken a while ago, the unit doesn't appear like the pictures on line. The premises needs some upgrading, one thing I can say is when we needed anything fixed maintenance took care of it right of way. Judith was very nice and professional please let her know that I think that she was great and has a good personality and and asset to your company. Overall it was convenient to everything and worth the price we paid.

The water pressure went out for a few hours but it began to flow again. May have to purchase pots and pans I had to fry steaks in the little pan and the big pot but it worked out my steaks were delicious. I couldn't find the trash bags so called Marco and the bags were brought right over Thanks! Overall the house is very spacious, beds are comfy and its a gated community which we appreciated. The house is stocked up with alot of beach chairs, towels, books and games to play with family. There's alot kitchenware and appliances. Thanks
