Beach retreat 1 block from the ocean/parking/grill

Our listing clearly states that this is a self check-in property, and we're always happy to coordinate in-person assistance when guests communicate their arrival time in advance. Regarding the hot water, the tankless water heater was found to be turned off; when left on, it functions properly. The kitchen garbage disposal was found to be broken which was also not reported during the stay, so we were unable to address it in real time. We encourage guests to communicate any issues promptly so we can resolve them immediately. Unfortunately, house rules were violated during this stay, as smoking occurred inside the home. This resulted in additional cleaning to remove smoke odor. There was damage to an outdoor Sunbrella cushion from cigarette burns, which was not disclosed to us. We strive to provide a clean, well-maintained home and appreciate open communication so concerns can be addressed fairly and promptly.
