One secured parking in lower lot just steps away from elevator which can also take you to north roof terrace with 360 degree view, laundry & trash at end of unit walkway, this building is safe & quiet. Located in pacific beach, dining, shopping and ocean walk are within walking distance.

Highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for easy beach access and beautiful views. There are also more nearby restaurants than originally listed, plus a grocery store within walking distance, which was very convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and did a great job explaining all of the accommodations.

The host was very instructional on our arrival. He guided us in and out of property. We stayed a week and had plenty of towels, and toiletries. The kitchen was full service with plenty of utensils. We enjoyed cooking and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Very clean and short walk to everything. Can’t wait to return next year Jim !

My husband and I stayed a week and would love to book Jim's place again. Fantastic view. Easy access to toes in the sand and strolls along the boardwalk, including Crystal pier, as well. Lots of restaurants nearby and walkable. Kitchen well-equipped. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more. The beds were very comfortable, even the Murphy bed mattress. Was so nice to fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean. Plenty of towels. Definitely a 10 place to stay. Oh, the parking spot in the garage is conveniently close to the elevators, too. Extremely accommodating. Thanks for everything, Jim.

Jim was a very welcoming. The check in and out was simple and quick. The condo was equipped with all you might need for a week stay. The view from the 11th floor with the glassed in windows of Pacific Beach are amazing. Open the sliding glass doors and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Down the elevator and you are a few steps from the beach. We had a fabulous stay!

The location was great. The Murphy bed was comfortable. The closet was stocked with boogie boards, sand toys and a towel rack. You did have to check in with the host in person to get the keys due to security fabs but he was flexible and accommodating.
