this beautiful 850 sq ft unit, on the beach, has heat, 2 cable televisions, wireless internet, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher & microwave, coffee maker, pillows, mattress pads & bedspreads. One secured parking in lower lot just steps away from elevator which can also take you to north roof terrace with 360 degree view, laundry & trash at end of unit walkway, this building is safe & quiet. Located in pacific beach, dining, shopping and ocean walk are within walking distance.

Excellent location and great view.

Excellent location, close to Garnet Ave. The view is great. The apartment was perfect. It is in the Capri by the sea on the 11th Floor. Our contact, Jim was very nice and helpful.

Great location and amenities! Only request is to provide cotton / fleece blankets. The micro-fleece comforter was light and not warm enough for winter.

The location was great. The Murphy bed was comfortable. The closet was stocked with boogie boards, sand toys and a towel rack. You did have to check in with the host in person to get the keys due to security fabs but he was flexible and accommodating.

Jim’s communication was great and the place was absolutely beautiful! On my next San Diego trip this will be the first place I look for to stay. Perfectly situated on the beach and just minutes from Downtown San Diego. I highly recommend!

The check in process is over the phone and very lengthy. This would be better if it was in written format and given prior to check in. It’s a lot to deal with when you have to be on the phone for so long after you get off the plane and you’re dealing with whatever you’re dealing with plus having to talk with the owner over the phone for quite a long time.

Amazing view! Great location. Walk to restaurants and shops. Well stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards. Comfortable beds and furniture. Love that it had a dedicated garage parking space that was conveniently located right by the elevator.

We had a great stay at this property! Literally a million dollar view with great beach access right in front. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with!

Great location for a great price

This place was amazing! Great views of the ocean, especially at sunset. So close to the beach, within crawling distance. A little bit of a process to get the key fob to get to parking, but that is more of an issue with the building and not the owner. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries I had.

Took my 16/17 year old granddaughters for a pre-graduation trip. The condo was just perfect for us. The girls shared the bedroom, so they had some privacy, and I slept on the Murphy Bed. The view was incredible, and the location was perfect. Jim was extremely easy to work with as the host. I highly recommend this venue!
