The Space:

To comply with community and legal requirements, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, verify contact information, complete our check-in verification process, and in some cases, pass a background check. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and denied entry.

All guests must sign a rental usage agreement outlining the stay terms. By confirming your booking, you agree to:



* Follow all rental terms and conditions.

* Provide a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in.

* Complete a background check if required by the building or management.



Primary guest must be at least 22 years old (25 for locals). Strict no weapons or drugs policy—violations will result in law enforcement involvement.



Noise policy: Guests must not disturb neighbors and must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.



Dallas’ climate can occasionally attract pests such as ants or roaches. Routine pest control is provided, and additional service can be arranged if needed.



Mail and package deliveries are not accessible to guests.



Community amenities such as pools, gyms, and shared areas may be closed for maintenance at any time.



Basic starter supplies (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap) are provided, but guests on extended stays may need to replenish their own.



Guest Access:

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The community is located in North Dallas, within minutes from DFW Airport, Richardson and Plano.



Getting Around:

We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
