THE SPACE

This space was built in the early 1900's and was formerly a department store that sold shoes and other attire. It has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comfort while preserving its original character. The beautiful hardwood floors and exposed wood ceilings remind guests of its past, while the open layout makes it perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. A fridge, stove, microwave and complimentary coffee are provided.

Walk to the nearby general store—full of character and local charm—or take a short drive to The Overlook Restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious food with a panoramic view of the Ohio River.

If you love the outdoors, this is your ideal base. We’re just minutes from national forestry with camping, hiking, trails for horseback riding, as well as the scenic Blue River, where you can rent kayaks in Milltown and paddle at your own pace.
