Welcome to Practically Perfect House, a 4-bedroom, 2-bath pool home in the Florida Pines community—just minutes from Walt Disney World. At 1,674 sq. ft., this thoughtfully themed retreat offers comfort, charm, and plenty of space for families or friends to make magical memories.

Mary Poppins Master Suite: King bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Spa-like with whimsical touches.

Sleeping Beauty Room: Queen bed, soft sage tones, dreamy details.

Cinderella Room: Two twin beds with canopy crown feature fit for royalty.

Second Star Room (Peter Pan): Two twin beds in a London-night setting.

Hall Bath: Shower/tub combo, shared by secondary bedrooms.

All bedrooms and living areas feature Thomas Kinkade Disney puzzles framed as artwork, adding an enchanting and unique touch. Linens and towels are provided. Sleeps up to 8 guests in bedrooms.

Practically Perfect House belongs to Chesney, a professional singer and dancer who performs aboard cruise ships around the world. This house is his very first home purchase, and in true performer fashion, he bought it sight unseen while on contract at sea. In fact, Chesney won’t even step through the front door until June 2026!

Until then, the home is lovingly themed and cared for by his family. Each room reflects Chesney’s love for stories, imagination, and music. From Mary Poppins and Sleeping Beauty to Peter Pan and Cinderella, the house celebrates timeless tales while offering guests comfort and fun. It’s a place where the magic of Disney meets the warmth of “coming home.”

About the Hosts

While Chesney is away entertaining audiences, the hosting reins are in the hands of his parents, Eric and Heidi. They’ve been married for decades and thrive on adventure, humor, and family life. Heidi is an estate planning attorney by profession, but don’t let that fool you—she’s witty, creative, and a little bit theatrical herself. Eric balances her spark with steady humor, practical know-how, and a knack for solving problems before they start.

Together, they adore their grandchildren, love finding quirky experiences (bonus points if Disney, roller coasters, or live theater is involved), and share a passion for creating welcoming spaces where people can relax and laugh together.
