Beautiful stay right on the beach. The house was easy to maintain, everything you'd need for the beach and a comfortable stay. The screened in porch was perfect for a good cup of coffee and watching the waves come in. About a twenty minute drive brings you right into the heart of downtown Charleston. A delightful stay!!

This property was awesome and exceeded our expectations. Perfect location right on the beach. There was NOTHING that we needed, that was not provided in the kitchen, or bbq grill, rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, all linens were great. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is in great shape and has everything you need. The owner obviously cares. However, the management company posted incorrect wifi information which resulted in my sister missing an important radio interview. They never apologized for this although they were informed, then refused us a one-hour late checkout on a Monday morning in January. I would stay here again, but I was not impressed by the management company.

Sweet Retreat

3rd year on Folly Beach and this cottage was by far the best! We loved the porch and view and the house was cozy and comfortable. Hope to stay here again!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage like feel and the tranquil porch made a perfect peaceful getaway! We also enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Charming

A long weekend getaway for my child and I started with lovely sunrises over the ocean from the front porch and ended with sunset walks on the beach. The house was decently equipped with the basics and felt cozy and charming.

Excellent beach vacation!

Foursenior women stayed at Back Home for a long weekend! Everything about the property was excellent! It was a wonderful way to spend time together in a quiet oceanfront cottage that was cleaner than clean and provided all that we could need! Can’t wait to go again!!!!!

Great location & very welcoming

The property is in a perfect location. Right on the beach yet walkable to the downtown area. The ranch style of the home made it perfect for 2-4 people to stay. The place was very clean. We were welcomed with flowers in every room!

For a relaxing beach week, this property was perfect for the extended family. If you are looking for a quiet and clean home, this location is it. Just sit in a rocking chair on the back porch and forget about everything else.
