The property was clean & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans to make meal prep easy. The view was great and it was only a short walk to the beach.

Family beach trip with 5 adults. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Well stocked kitchen made if easy to make home cooked meals. Short walk to both the beach and downtown, Cars never left the garage. Thank you!

Our Stay at 110 Waters Edge We really enjoyed our stay at 110 Waters Edge in Folly Beach! The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.We loved the spacious living room and kitchen, with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking, which made meals so easy. The screened-in porch was one of our favorite features, with a beautiful view and a perfect place to relax.The property also provided bicycles, a wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards, which were such a wonderful bonus! Having a large washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, and the beds were very comfortable.We also loved that the property was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. It truly made our stay at Folly Beach even more enjoyable.We would definitely recommend 110 Waters Edge to anyone visiting Folly Beach and will absolutely be back!

So close to DT Folly

We loved it here! We could walk right DT in 7 mins. The porches were lovely and check in and out were so easy. We will stay here again!

Graduation celebration weekend

Very well stocked kitchen and the house was very clean. The location was very convenient. The stairs are very steep and I would not recommend for those with any mobility issues.

Folly Beach

Property was nice with convenience to downtown Folly and beach. Location was also great for traveling to Charleston. There are a lot of steps in the unit so I would not recommend it to anyone with joint issues. We would stay here again if we return to the area and it was nice to have a garage for parking the car.

Mother’s Day weekend

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was a perfect location within walking distance of several Restaurants and Beaches. The Townhome is beautifully kept. I just wish when I had asked if there were beach chairs and gear that I wasn’t told no, but then come to find out that there was plenty. Even a beach wagon and bikes. So we packed our own in when we didn’t have to. Also, they are very clear about not parking in front of the garage, but forgot to give me the code. After a phone call it was remedied right away. I also suggest that you put directions about the gas stove. Most in our party had not used a gas stove and did not know you had to push to light and just the gas was on until another person in our party smelled it and realized. Otherwise everything was wonderful and would 100% recommend it.
