Positive: House was clean. I loved that it was dog friendly, was a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Liked the screened in porch, liked big table in dining room & screened in porch along with porch swing. We had a great 3 night stay.Just a few negatives: Bathrooms were a bit outdated. In Master bedroom had trouble with turning on and off the hot and cold in the shower. They kept turning. Air vents up by ceiling in living room needed to be cleaned, along with cob webs. The fan closest to front door had no light, and did not work. Kitchen broom needs to be replaced.

Perfectly comfortable cottage just steps from the beach!

Such a great cottage! It’s very clean with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. And just steps from the beach make it the ideal location for a beautiful stay on Kiawah.

Low Key Cozy / Great Location

House was perfect for our visit. Open living area felt large and airy, made great use of the screened in porch (you can hear the waves), 2 minute walk to the beach, 15 bike to the village - can’t wait to rent again!

Great space and location is wonderful

Overall the house is wonderful. Lots of great space, we only used the master bedroom, but that bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had good ammenities. We had some minor issues during our month long stay, but the property manager and home owner were very responsive and communicative and fixed all the issues above and beyond. Definitely a great place to stay.

The home was perfect for our size group. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities and the home on Kiawah. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee or late day relaxing.

This was the perfect beach house for us! Close to the beach. Wonderful porch for appreciating nature! Well equipped house. Only complaint was dog hair left behind.

The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Best feature of this property. Nice upgrades in the kitchen, bathrooms need to be done, they are a bit rough.

Perfect getaway

This is the perfect place for a small party. My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful vacation. The house has a beautiful screened in porch, an open living room and all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway. Very short walk to the beach and convenient to everything we needed. Highly recommend it
