The home's bright, updated interior features modern essentials including central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, on-site pool. You'll find everything you need for at-home meals in the kitchen, featuring a full suite of major appliances and utensils. Plenty of seating is available at the dining table set for eight. Unit is spacious, fairly well stocked. It really needs a deep cleaning.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean. Great location! Would definitely come back .

Easy to rent from. We had a problem with our coffee pot. We called the manager and it was replaced by the end of the day. This property offered beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to transport everything to the beach. Beach access was close to condo. I highly recommend this place!

An elevator would have been great, my fault for not inquiring about it. Otherwise we were satisfied with the state of cleanliness and the availability of everything one would need while there. The Garage was great ,to be able to park out of the sun.

Indian shores condo

Condo exactly as described, has a nice large floor plan, very modern and beachy inside. We have been staying down the road at another condo for years, we really enjoyed the change. Condo well stocked and added bonus of the garage to put our bikes and beach items in Only thing we could complain about is spare bedroom the twin bed the sheets and mattress pad were well used and stained. I took them off after the first and washed them but they do t come clean Other then that the condo was great. Would definitely stay there again Thank you

Very nice...

The condo was very nice. Cleaned well. I don't believe it's been mentioned in any reviews--but there is no door on the Master bathroom. The bath is connected via a hallway in the Master bedroom. Not having a door on the bathroom was very inconvenient for us. The master bedroom is huge. The 2nd bedroom is small & has a rather unstable bunkbed. A beeping smoke detector was handled quickly. A very good location. The fees involved were ridiculous. VaCasa & VRBO each charged 970 dollars -which was a third of the total.

Spacious, conveniently located

We loved the location of this property. Directly across the street from the beach, with public access a short walk down the road. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so two flights of stairs to go up to get in the unit. The whole condo is very spacious, huge living room, big kitchen, large master bedroom. There is no door on the master bathroom which was not a big deal for us but may be good to know. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need to cook, even a crock pot! There is an ice maker in the fridge. The balcony pics are somewhat misleading as there is a building right in front of it that was not built at the time the pics were taken. You can still see the Intracoastal a bit, but not like the pics show. There were beach chairs and a wagon in the garage along with beach toys. Beach towels were provided as well. Wifi worked well. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again.
