Experience the ultimate family vacation at Sunset Vistas 203S, packed with an award-winning beach view of the white sugar-sand beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and resort-style amenities. Nestled in the heart of Treasure Island, this lovely location is a premier destination for relaxation and fun outdoor activities. The Sunset Vistas complex has a splendid geothermal heated beachfront pool, two hot tubs, a children's pool with fountains, a fitness center, a business center, a convenience center, and a café and beach bar.

Inside, you will find a laid-back and comfortable home away from home with a private balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf and beach. The simply-furnished open floor plan features a nicely appointed kitchen that allows everyone to spread out comfortably while still being able to share fun times. The dining area seats four with a bonus breakfast bar with two stools.

The condo is so nice- even nicer than the pictures in my opinion! The facilities are great with a baby/toddler pool right next to a hot tub, and across the way is the larger pool. The beach was so close and John’s pass was a short walk across the bridge. If traveling with little ones, would recommend bringing a nice stroller as there are so many places to go within a mile walk.

Quiet spot by the sea

Nice place right on the beach with a pool and bar if you like. We didn't get a chance to try the cafe. The parking spots can be really confusing to find but the office has a map and will help you out. Everything was great, but check the cooking equipment before use to make sure it's clean.

Beach Getaway

The property was wonderful! It had tons of amenities such as a gym, cafe, beach bar, pools right on the beach and more! Would recommend this rental property.

Great location!!

Wonderful location and resort. This unit needs a little TLC but all in all a great unit. Loved having a cooler and beach toys in the closet. Good patio furniture and kitchen adequately stocked.

Nice beach condo

Condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The condo was very close to the cafe. The only downside was that pool area was very crowded and small for the amount of people.

Excellent amenities! Perfect location! Beautiful pool area and easy beach access. Tiki bar served excellent drinks! Bike rental available! .6 miles from John’s pass which is excellent for shopping and dining!

Great Vacation

The property was just as described. Had beach chairs and cooler that were very helpful. The unit could us a deep cleaning but that in no way had an effect on our vacation.

Overall It was very pleasant

Nice! Close to beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. My one and only complaint is that there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Amazing place to stay

Me and my friend went for a girls get away. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had already decided to come back before we even left. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was so nice. We actually stayed at our room/pool/beach more than I expected since I had never been to Florida but everything we needed was right there. The owners made everything so easy. We can’t wait to come back!

Love the location!!

This place is nice! Loved the beautiful beach! Would’ve been a 5 star review but when we arrived the housekeeping wasn’t finished yet and so we didn’t have any beach towels or clean sheets on one of the beds and such. Which isn’t a deal breaker, I understand things happen sometimes but i felt it could’ve been handled a little better. Overall it was a nice time and we had fun and I would go back!

Place was clean. Location was perfect. Trouble getting into the pool the first two days.

We had a problem getting into the pool first two days. We inadvertently spoke to security and found the codes were changed. The place was clean and close to a lot of things.

Enjoyable

My friends and I enjoyed this rental very much. We only had one issue that was not tended to, the queen bed frame in the 2nd bedroom was broke. Other than that, it was great.
