The Space:

Located in the Beach Palms complex overlooking Indian Shores Beach and the Intracoastal Waterway, this 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect home-away-from-home on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy peekaboo water views from the 4th-floor balcony, or spend sun-soaked days by the beachfront pool. Walk just steps to splash in the waves!



After a day at the beach, relax in the light and airy living area, complete with comfortable furnishings and a glass table. Make some popcorn and watch a new movie on the 63” cable TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar and when your culinary creations are complete, dine together in the charming dining space.



This condo sleeps up to eight guests in two bedrooms plus a pullout sleeper sofa. Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a queen bed and cable TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and large vanity with vessel sink. A second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. Watch favorite shows on a cable TV perched on the dresser. A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.



Enjoy partial views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Gulf on the covered and furnished 4th-story balcony. This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach with beautiful views. It was spacious and had a fully-stocked kitchen. They provided ample bath and beach towels.We had some trouble getting into the unit. The instructions for finding the lockboxes were not specific enough and we had to find people on site to help us. Also, we were traveling with children and this unit did not provide a pack n play or high chair. There were a few shovels but no buckets for kids to play with.The pool was nice and worked okay for young kids. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others but just some things to note if you have kids!

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and well located. The beach was right behind the condo building. It was a short ride to several good restaurants. We shared the condo with another couple and found it to have plenty of room to not feel too crowded. The condo was well stocked with necessities , such as paper goods, spices , beach towels, and beach chairs.

Lovely Condo on the Beach

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was included. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen had great appliances, lots of dishes and cooking supplies and even a spice cabinet. We loved that we were right on the beach and had a heated pool. It was a short drive to restaurants and shopping.. We enjoyed our week tremendously.

Property was exactly as stated. All needs in kitchen were well met. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Loved the bath and beach towels great quality very important. Only recommendation would be to install no slip strips in the bath tub so accidental slip and falls will not become an issue.

Great place for a beach stay!

My family of 4 had a great getaway for my sons Fall break. This place was exactly as described and the check in process was easy! Everything inside of the condo was nice and clean and everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfy, towels were thick and plush, kitchen items were nice, beach chairs and sand toys were great! Access to the pool and beach was very convenient! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. The only downside of this unit is view from the living room. Unless you are out on the balcony and sitting on the very far right side, the only view you have is of another building. It would have been great to have beach views from inside, but that certainly would not deter me from this place! Reserve this condo for your family! You won’t regret it!

Who has the ONLY KEY!

We had a good time but the key situation is awful! We will not be back because of it! Couples could not go out without having to sit and wait outside if the other couple had the key! It was a total disaster! So thanks but no thanks!

A wonderful vacation in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoy our vacation to Indian Shores! The room was very clean and the location on the beach was fantastic! My husband and I were vacationing with our son, his wife and their 2 children and the space and set up was perfect for us. The beach decor in the condo is beautiful. My communication experience with the property manager was top notch. I appreciated the friendly prompt 24 hour texting/calling service available to me. I was concerned at first because this was a new listing and they didn't have any reviews. No need to hesitate... I would highly recommend staying at this lovely vacation rental. I will recommend it to friends and family and certainly re-book this same location on our future visits to the area!

If TurnKey Vacation Rentals would provide a spare building entrance key in a case of emergency.For example, the spare key could be hold in a coded SPARE key-box. The secret code could be given to a customer by phone only in a case of emergency;2. If in the condo bathrooms had shower heads with flexible hoses. They are stationary and not convenient;3. If the kitchen counter left 110 V AC outlet was well mounted. (Partially went out. Potentially dangerous!)

Misleading

Based on the pictures, this property needs an overhaul. The condo was filthy for the $800+ fees they charged. I was expecting for that money, we’d have services once a week. Our feet where black with dirt when walking around barefoot. The carpet and furniture is gross and filthy. Fingerprints all over the TV. Bath tub and bath mat-dirty. No light working in the ensuite. The living room blinds are broken and wouldn’t close properly. Very disappointed We where not notified that there was construction outside our unit and had to look at scaffolding and workers on the balcony for the month.

Frustrating Access

The Condo is wonderful. The location is good. The pool is great. The only problem we had was with getting the key to get into the elevator to be able to get to the condo. Such an antiquated process and with two lockboxes numbered 413, we were locked outside for about 45 minutes. It took numerous phone calls and after speaking with the fourth person on the phone, we were finally told that we had the wrong lockbox because there are two with the same number. Then, we only had one key. With four adults it was ridiculous that we had to make arrangements anytime we weren't all leaving and/or going to the same place. Access to the condo was wonderful. Put a keypad on the door to the lobby (or don't lock it...people prop the doors open a lot) and the pool OR give each room at least two keys. AND the threatening letter from the HMO about the wristbands is quite a welcome once you get inside. Luckily we didn't have to mess with them since we were out of season...but how ridiculous! When you are paying the kind of money we paid, it is a downer to be met with a letter threatening to remove you from the premises if you don't wear and arm band. How about a little customer service????? And come on board the 21st century.....

Thanksgiving Relaxation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was very nice and clean including the pool area. The condo itself was the same. Access to the beach was super convenient. The advertising for the condo mentioned it would provide basic starter quantities of things like paper products, soaps, shampoos etc. We found it to be very generous in what was available and appreciated that. Multiple soaps, shampoos and conditioners in each bathroom along with pump foam hand washing soap at each sink. A very nice touch! Having grills available to use was huge for us as we were able to stay put, have a cocktail and relax while making ourselves homemade meals. We found a great collection of seasonings in a cabinet...another unexpected bonus. Even with one minor issue stated below, I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize this facility again! My only minor issue was the mention by management that an early check-in might be available and then telling us the day prior it wasn’t. Our sister-in-law stayed at the exact same place until the day before our arrival. Assuming it was cleaned that same day or even the morning of our arrival, we didn’t understand why even an hour or two earlier wouldn’t be available. We were arriving at the airport 3 hours prior to normal check-in. We arrived at the facility two hours prior to check-in. Although we were told and knew no early arrival was available, it appeared that the condo was more than ready for us. Being able to get in ANY time early would have been the cherry on top of the cake. This one little item would have made this experience 5 star in every aspect. I’d recommend to either not even let a customer know it is possible to get an early check-in or work just a bit harder to exceed expectations also on the check-in time like they were exceeded in everything else we experienced. Not the relaxing vacation we looked forward to

To start arriving was a little confusing however we did arrive early so the room wasn’t quite ready which is completely ok. we went to the lockboxes as described and grabbed a set of keys, online says parking pass will also be in the box but it was not so I figured maybe they’d put it there once it was closer to check in so we left and got food and came back at 4. When we got back we checked the boxes again and no parking pass but found another 4 keys in the box which we found out during our week open absolutely nothing lol we went up to our room and walked in and immediately got smacked in the face with heat, the room was 82 degrees inside, and we have a 6 month old infant with us, not cool. We adjusted the temperature and it refused to cool, luckily father in law is mechanically inclined and noticed the drain was clogged in the hvac unit so we called someone rather then chance them saying we broke it. Tech showed up and said “oh no not this unit, I’ve been having trouble with this” meaning he already knew this unit, meaning he’d been there before, also meaning they knew beforehand it was broken and put me in the room anyway with no warning. He drained it and said it would freeze over and told us how to fix it when not if it did. First of all I’m not on vacation to babysit someone else’s ac I’m here to relax. That led to us calling customer service 4 additional times, the final time I told them if they didn’t fix it I was leaving and disputing the charges with my card because I have a baby inside and it cannot remain this hot. A different tech came out and added freon to the unit which ultimately fixed it for our stay but he said it was going to need replaced because it’s done for. Awesome. That was the first 4days of our 7 day stay. Through the stay we encountered the broken ac, the elevator stopped working and needed repaired, the lobby access only with key is understandable but frustrating when your hands are full after shopping or going to the beach, internet hardly worked at all and was in and out which only really mattered when it was time to come home and relax, light switches were glued stuck and wires ran down the wall which was just really an eye sore more then anything but gave the impression the owner doesn’t really care. Overall not the most relaxing vacation we’ve had and needs improvement is avoid this room at all costs until it says, NEW A/C

Josh, we appreciate your visit and your review. We apologize for any concerns during your time here. Our local team has fully repaired the air conditioning unit and it is working perfectly. The bi-fold doors and baseboards were relaced. We have added new paint in the dining room and professionally cleaned the sofa and chairs. The HOA is responsible for the elevator and lobby door lock. They also provide internet service, we are sorry for any inconvenience. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future.
