This newly renovated condo has all the comforts of home with new flooring, cabinets and granite throughout. Enjoy beautiful gulf breezes from the privacy of your balcony and experience Florida at it's best. The master bedroom has a door that takes you out to the private balcony. The master bath has a luxurious walk in shower. There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services which include printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send personal mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

This is the perfect place to stay you have pool beach activities and restaurants all within a few steps! The pool and beach alone are worth every penny! There were some beach/pool stuff such as floaty stuff for pool and a couple of little chairs! We rented a couple of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach! The only change I would make would be to have some pool towels available it is really hard to fly and travel and have to pack beach towels! One more very minuscule thing was we were only given 2 trash bags! I’m not sure if there were just two left from the pack or if you’re only given two but that was a little challenging! Other than that everything was perfect and I will be staying here again!

We chose this place due to location and we were very pleased! We could walk to Johns pass, the beach, etc. The best was walking on bridge and bring able to watch the boats, dolphins and sun. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. We had all that we needed in the condo. We had a couple beach chairs available in unit which was perfect. The only complaint I have is the noise, which is out of the control of condo and due to location. We knew going in that it might be loud. We absolutely would stay here again despite the noise.

All good, except door code malfunctioned. Needed new code. Firefighters blocked elevator. Didn’t reset and elevator shut down. Had to take stairs to 3rd floor for too long. Mgt had plenty of time to reset. Would love to come back.

This location is right on the beach and across John’s pass. The condo was very clean and decorated with a fun beach vibe. The full kitchen is a plus if you want to cook a meal. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

The view is of the bridge to Treasure Island but the beach access and pool was amazing. The condo was very clean. We could have used more towels, and it would be nice if beach chairs were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would stay there again.

The place was as described. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. It is updated in color and furnishings. It’s was not quite what we expected but was good. We would suggest a couple of things: a digital clock in the master bedroom so it can be seen during the night. And a grab bar in the master bath shower. We would stay here again.

The stay was good and the condo was very spacious. I didn’t speak with the host much; I mostly called the provided number, which connected me directly with Sandy Shores Condos management. That is your best option if you need help. I would avoid using the chat for any immediate questions.You get two parking spots: your reserved parking spot and one guest parking spot. They don’t explain this clearly, but guest parking is any spot marked “600.” Make sure you have the guest parking pass displayed if you don’t want your car towed. They are very strict about this!The check-in process was easy, but I didn’t receive the check-in instructions until about an hour before check-in, which made me a little anxious. However, when you call, they can check whether the instructions were emailed, and they can resend them if needed.I do wish there were more towels and access to extra blankets. The sofa is not a sofa bed—it’s actually two recliners that lean back. There are no extra blankets provided for anyone who sleeps there, so I recommend bringing extra blankets and bath towels. Also I don’t know if there was a broom or vacuum, which sucks because the floors get sandy of course. Overall, I think I would stay here again. Beds were comfy apartment was clean. Many kitchen utensils provided.

Condo was as pictured, nice & updated place. Check in was very easy. Unfortunately we found mold in both showers, had to ask for the shower curtain to be replaced (did the previous renters not see this or know to ask for a new one?). And our feet was filthy black in 5 minutes, so we had to wear our shoes the entire time. I contacted the host but they only replied once over the weekend via the app vs calling me back. They sent someone in to replace the shower curtain & we happen to walk into the condo while finding maintenance in our room, had no idea this was going to take place. Could improve cleaning & communication. Others at the pool had the same issues, they too were going to write a review.

The place was clean ans tidy it was located close to the beach and pool.The only problems we had was the patio chairs were unusable and there was no remote for the tv in the 2nd bedroom Apart from that i would stay again
