Communication was excellent with Steve. The house was very spacious and clean. Exactly as pictured. We were traveling with little ones and since the house was not utilized the night before, he allowed us an early check in so our littles could get nap after long flight. He even took suggestions ahead of time of having a highchair within the home. We enjoyed the pool and apparently if needed it can be quickly heated as it’s not too large. There were 11 adults and three children. We seemed to have plenty of room around the pool area and patio. each room has its own en suite., a very nice TV room and game area upstairs with ping-pong table. We definitely were able to enjoy using the workout equipment in the garage on a daily basis as well. There was room for one car to fit in the garage. It made it very nice when unloading groceries and luggage directly into the home, especially during our rainy arrival.I believe the home might be a newer listing therefore, the kitchen supplies were a little bit lacking and some areas but we did give, I feel, helpful suggestions to the host so I’m sure with his responsiveness that will be improved as time goes by. Just to let those know who are bringing a boat, there is no access that we had directly from the neighborhood. We had to put the boat in at Kingsland public boat ramp, which is about 15 minutes away. Loved our stay here and would definitely come again!
