A Great Beach Retreat!

Rest and relaxation

We had a wonderful time during our stay here at Atlantic Beach. The condo is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. There is a super cute taproom that is just a short walk down the road. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. This condo has a great retro feel and all the necessities you need to enjoy a trip to the beach.

Fantastic experience

Pros to this condo Gorgeous view from the master bedroom and living room. Oceanfront Was very homey and I felt at ease the entire time The pool was incredible The property comes with monopoly and me and my groomsmen got three games in the weekend stay The condo was clean and up kept

This unit has a lovely view of the ocean and additional light from a skylight. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. We could see the pool area from the balcony to check whether our grandchildren were there. It is a short walk out to the beach and also to the boardwalk to the sound area across the street. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Stunning views

We loved everything about the place . It was close to the pool and convenient to the beach. We would switch the bedrooms up placing the twin room with the half bath and the queen near the hallway full bath . The bottom shelf in the refrigerator needs replacing . Those were things that were mentioned. It was affordable not outrageously priced . Our week was wonderful and the condo was perfect for our growing family. Thank you for sharing with our family.

Outstanding view

You can't get much closer to the beach. Very nice pool and grounds kept nice. Access to the beach by private walkway. Has a gazebo on top. Spent the late evenings watching the surf. This was the 2nd time we stayed here and will be Making a spring reservation. We first came to Atlantic beach in 2000. We been coming back about every year since.

Wonderful view of Atlantic Ocean

This was a comfortable condo though dated and in need of some repair. Regardless, both kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, and 2 balconies made it nice to see both ocean and pool. Staff immediately addressed and resolved an issue.

My daughter & I brought my Mom (97) walks with a walker. The condo was great, on the 3rd floor where you can sit on the balcony or the very comfortable window seat and enjoy the beach & the sound of the waves. The kitchen, dining/livingroom was beautiful & had everything we needed. Jenny &I walked the beach & played in the waves. We had everything in the kitchen for cooking. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this group of buildings

We absolutely loved the views and the easy access to the pool—those two things truly made our stay memorable. The location is unbeatable, and the beach in this area is one of the best we’ve experienced. You really can’t ask for a better spot! That said, the condo itself doesn’t quite match the price point. The kitchen pans are very worn and left tough rings on the stove that required a lot of scrubbing to clean. It would’ve been helpful to have some basic condiments like salt and pepper available, especially for those flying in. Additionally, the deck furniture feels outdated, and switching to a pub-style set would really enhance the experience—allowing you to enjoy those stunning views above the railing that runs through the middle of the porch. Overall, the setting is perfect, but a few updates inside would make this a truly exceptional stay.

Disappointed

The ONLY good thing about this home was the ocean view and location. This home was covered in dust! The walls were scuffed up and full of filth. The master math showerhead was covered with black mold. Rust covered everything from the air vents to the bathroom mirrors. Never again! So upsetting for what I paid for this after taxes & fees. It was like staying in a bad hotel. No “Homey” feel at all. Trust me on this!!

Needs some TLC!

We have rented this condo multiple times and have enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately, we hadn't been since Covid. It has certainly gone downhill. When we arrived, the condo wasn't cleaned very well. We saw food particles along the sides of the floor molding. We found dead, and live, bugs in the condo. Ants swarmed the kitchen at night, and on our last night, we saw a 2-inch cockroach! The master bedroom's mattress needs to be replaced as it is probably as old as the condo! Needless to say, despite the awesome view, we won't be renting this condo again.

SHAME on Owners who let their place be RUN DOWN barely above a Motel 6 as we pay thousands of dol...

The only thing above a Motel 6 was the nice bath towels. The sheets were paper thin and uncomfortable..comforts not thicker than a 1/4”, mix matched pots pans and utensils. That’s all fine if you charge the Motel 6 price. I would be embarrassed to say this was my property. Feel full taken advantage of due to the poor condition of the place including big hole in wall, missing wall pictures, 1980 looking showers, bathrooms and the list goes on… Run don’t walk if you looking for a beautiful interior… Vacasa reps were quick to answer calls and any questions so that’s nice they on top of it. Would have had opportunity to change the vbro location after neighbor told me elevators been out for a month… my mom 80 years old and hurt her back doing stairs day one and ruined our whole week with her in bed 50 percent of the time in pain:(:(:( Most disappointing beach condo week in 20 years!
