New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Welcome to beautiful Topsail Island, NC! This 26-mile island has all you need to relax with your family, shopping, restaurants, parks, and more. This four-bedroom, three-story home is ideal for large families and groups looking for a memorable place to stay. You will also have access to the community outdoor pool.

The first level of the home is actually the entry level and a foosball table can be found here. On the second floor of the home, guests can find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom here has an en suite bathroom and a private beachfront deck. The upper level hosts the main living space (kitchen, dining area, and living room) and the fourth bedroom. The inviting living room features comfortable sofas, a TV, and direct access to a second beachfront deck with an outdoor dining area. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and a center island seating three. The nearby dining table seats four. The second primary bedroom on this level has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a private balcony.

Our family of 10 enjoyed our 2- week stay except for a few issues: no TV instructions on how to operate (2 TVs did not work), only 4 coffee cups provided, an extremely high king bed frame difficult to access, and a very small couch & chair in living space. Newer furniture would be nice. We did enjoy the pool, easy walk to beach, downstairs shower, and convenience to restaurants & stores.

This was a perfect spot to stay while visiting our neice and her children for Thanksgiving since her husband is currently deployed. Panoramic ocean views and accommodations to fit all.

Spacious, great location, really nice beach. Just need to get the place cleaned up, fix a few things and get rid of the cockroaches .

Relaxing view

We did enjoy the location at the beach, the house was convenient and just really nice to have all the room and the gorgeous view from the deck. We would definitely return for vacation to this property! Gave list in Vacasa review of maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Loved the location!

The property was a perfect spot. The house however was dirty, broken table and blinds. I will never use Vacasa again.

Stunning ocean view

Listening to the ocean waves is mesmerizing. We visited our military son and enjoyed quality time together. Nice regular and expresso appliance. Deck chairs are sturdy, comfortable for watching sea life.

It was outdated. Dirty. Broken down furniture. The beds are horrible. The view is the only good thing thing about this property. Hardly any pots and pans. Not a sharp knife at all.

Nice ocean view property. Had a few house issues. Some taken care of right away, some being taken care of after we left. Sweeper didn't work, so hard to clean up sand. Liked having towels and sheets included. Beds were great.

Excellent views and location

The location and views from the property are excellent. The property itself needs some work. The furniture is very dirty and even though it sleeps 10 there is not enough comfortable seating for that many.The kitchen is fairly well stocked but there was only 1 coffee cup. The stair rails are shakey and make it difficult for an 80 year old to feel secure.The TV's were small and we never got 2 of the ones in the bedroom to work. Overall with the views it was worth the money

Not worth it

This homes only good thing was the size and location. The inside furniture was stained, broken and very cheap. The screen door was broken the blinds as well. There had been previous problems with bugs and we made contact with Vacasa prior to arrival requesting that be handled. We did see some in the house but the outside had more issues at night. We realized bugs are common in the summer however we felt they were excessive in this unit compared to other places we have stayed. If the upkeep was valued and consistent this unit has potential but we would not come back or book with vacasa again as we have stayed in other places with much better upkeep and local support.

Dirty with a Bug Problem

The unit needs updating and is dirty with a bug problem. When we arrived we had to rewash some of the bedding because it was dirty and full of sand. The decks were covered with roaches especially in the evenings making it impossible to enjoy sitting outside. The roaches eventually started emerging on all three floors of the unit. Vacasa was not responsive and we had to reach out multiple times until they sent someone to spray. We then had to deal with the aftermath of the dead and dying roaches after the treatment. While talking with other guests in the complex they weren’t experiencing the same bug issues. The consensus seems to be if the owners were staying on top of the pest control treatments we wouldn’t have been seeing roaches in the unit. Prior guests in the last few months have noted similar issues in their reviews so it seems to be an ongoing problem. Separately the furniture was pretty rough too. The couch and chair in the living room were not only uncomfortable but were stained and dirty. The plastic chairs around the table and peel and stick covered coffee table also speak to the level of care and investment taken by the owners. It’s clear they’re cutting corners anywhere they can.

Our local manager assured us that the beds had fresh linens and the pests you saw on the deck outside are common to the area. We are sorry if any made their way into the home and our pest control vendor noted that they did not see any pests or evidence of infestation during inspection. Our local team will check the living room furniture and clean as needed and we appreciate your feedback. The plastic chairs and coffee table are shown in our online listing and we're sorry for any aspect that was not to your liking.
