Get away from it all at this North Topsail Beach vacation rental. Nestled behind the dunes near the northern tip of North Topsail Beach, the oceanfront Topsail Dunes community provides beach access and a large beachfront swimming pool. Admire breathtaking views for days from your ocean-view balcony!

Your home away from home, this condo presents a light and bright interior with AC, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Whip up everything from beach snacks to home-cooked meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Watch favorite shows in the primary bedroom or gather together for movie nights in the inviting living area.

This condo was perfect for our mini spring break vacay. The unit is perfectly located next to the beach and had everything we needed to make it a home away from home.

Really enjoyed the stay. Place was great. Only down side was building WiFi and cell reception but neither of those are in the owners control.

Fantastic vacation!

We loved the condo! Clean and very accessible to the beach and local restaurants! Having the pool was a big plus! Guest service responded timely when we requested to extend our stay! We definitely will be back!!

Great place to stay

We loved the view and the pool. The sitting area by the ocean is awesome. The stove was very user friendly. Vacasa is super easy to deal with. Beds are very comfortable and soft. Balcony is nice. Showers are nice with good water pressure. Outdoor showers are better than most condo showers.

Wonderful stay

We loved the condo. Being only a little walk to the beach was wonderful. It was clean, nicely decorated, loved that the sheets and towels were included. The beds were already made which was so nice after a long drive getting there. The kitchen was beautiful! Just wished we could have logged onto the WiFi. We have stayed at Topsail Dunes many times the WiFi can be good and it can be terrible. Overall the place was great!

Nice and welcoming

Nice unit. Close to beach and good view. Easy check in and out. We only had to remove the bedding and take out the garbage. I loved not having to send our last day cleaning and washing for the next guest. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great condo!

Condo is roomy, recliner couch was a nice surprise. Well stocked with utensils, very clean! The pool is very nice and it would help to take a picture of it. Goes from 3-8 feet, plenty of seating and some umbrella tables. Spacious parking lot and a great activity area with basketball, cornhole, horseshoes and bowling! Short drive into Surf City.

Just what we needed!

We visited friends nearby and wanted to do so on a budget. This rental was just what we needed! I loved that one room had TWO bunks! Hard to find rentals that accommodate our kiddos in the same room (in a new place, they prefer to all be together). And it was right on the beach! The rental was clean and comfortable! Easy no-contact check-in with a follow-up phone call the next day to make sure we were all set! It was a wonderful stay!

Woulda Been Five But...

The queen bed was... Let's say... Rough. Everything else was just perfect. The view, the kitchen, eating area, the games, the bunk beds, all absolutely perfect for what our family of four needed.
