Welcome to Hacienda by the Sea! Recently renovated in 2020, this modern and cozy home is located in the famed San Clemente Pier Bowl. It offers both privacy and tranquility while also being steps from the pier, world class beaches, unique shopping and a wide range of restaurants on the charming Avenida Del Mar Street. The single-level unit is located above the garage and is accessed via a stone staircase leading to a covered front patio.
This newly remodeled and professionally furnished hacienda is the perfect beach close getaway. Enjoy the unique experience of being away from the crowds but also being close and central to all the activity that San Clemente has to offer. This is one unit of a duplex, with a separate entrance and designed to be private from the other and spans about 1,900 square feet
The Space
After entering up a private staircase, the single level unit features hardwood floors and an open floor concept, with the kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a large couch, ceiling fan, TV and fireplace. The living room is also open to a round dining table, which comfortably fits 6. There is also a washer/dryer in unit with cabinetry for storage.
The Kitchen
Located off the living room, this expansive chef's kitchen showcases an oversized quartz kitchen island with barstools, designer sea-glass backsplash, high-end stainless-steel appliances, pantry and plenty of space to cook and entertain.

Primary Bedroom-King size bed, walk-in closet and direct yard access.
Second Bedroom- Two twin size beds, walk in closet
Third Bedroom- Queen bed
