The Pacific Ocean is within walking distance, which means long days by the water, and the border of San Diego County is just south, which means easy access to Camp Pendleton and North County cities. San Clemente as a whole is known for its laid-back feel, but this area in particular is a quiet oasis for its residents. “The zoning is single-family there, mostly owner-occupied homes, so it’s residential down to the beach," says Realtor Christian Wach, who works with Talavera Real Estate and has over two decades of experience in the area.
