The property is secured with an automatic gate (code provided upon booking). The gate closes automatically after 20 seconds. When exiting the gate doors open inwards towards the house. Please do not pull your vehichle too close to the gate. A vehicle sensor will automatically open it for you.

🚭 Strictly no smoking (indoors or outdoors within 10 ft of property). $500 violation fee applies

🛌 Maximum overnight occupancy: 15 guests

🗑 Guests staying Wednesday nights must place trash bins outside for Thursday pickup

-Children must be supervised at all times near the pool and waterfront.
