The owner was very understanding. He allowed me to check in early. His staff was so nice.

The place was wonderful. We enjoyed every inch of the place. I will love to stay again.

Great House in a Great Location

The home was the perfect size for our extended family gathering. At no time did the house feel crowded. Check-in was easy and the owner responded quickly to all questions. The house was also conveniently located near stores and the highway. We're already discussing booking for next year!

Enough rooms for everyone and good gaming room in the basement for the teens and young adults. Well cleaned and very spacious, definitely worth it.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a separation between the room with the double beds, and the queen bedroom. It made it difficult to assign the rooms fairly.

Family Thanksgiving

Walked in and was impressed by the accuracy of the listing and the size of the property! Rooms are all spacious and the 1st fl Master bedroom is heaven! Fit all of our family's needs to come together and celebrate Thanksgiving together.

it was just beautiful. I love when I walk in. I didn’t expect to see all this. They got three floors. My kids and I loved it. We closer to the stores the mall we close to everything and I will stay again.

Amenities extremely poorly maintained. Hard to list all the concerns from rooms with no lighting, bed frames breaking, sinks leaking, pool table crooked, inoperable fireplaces. If fireplaces are an insurance risk please don't name them under amenities. One room that counted as a bedroom had neither closets nor drawers for storing clothing/personal items. Kitchen supplies were not good. Glaring omission in the picture is that the house is directly on a 4 lane hwy. The house itself is beautiful.

Gorgeous house!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this house, it has a large amount of bathrooms and bedrooms as well as common areas to accommodate large groups. It was clean and the owner/host was very attentive. Only thing is it has a few items on the house that is broken (fridge handle, trim on the bar stools in the kitchen, uneven paint on the walls and unappealing landscaping in the backyard) a pool would be a great addition to the large backyard.

Huge House

Plenty of spaces to engage in activities, even tho we clustered in the kitchen. Outdoor spaces need to be kept clean, and grass added to enjoy. Occupants on top floor over the garage complained of inadequate heating by thermostat adjustments. Room blinds had missing slats but were in working order. Other items of deferred maintenance were noted and provided to owner.

Overall a great stay

I had a golf outing in the atlanta area with 10 friends and this house worked out great for us. It’s very large and accommodating but there was 1 room that has a bed that is sort of 2 rooms in 1 (so the 1 bed was in the main part of the room with no ability to close off the other part of the room that has 2 beds) didn’t end up being an issue just different then we thought. Lots of space and well kept so we enjoyed our time there and would go back for sure. It is on a main road so during the day there’s quite a bit of traffic but if those are my only 2 negatives….it was a minor 2 things for my group! All in all, great communication and was just what we needed for a group outing!

Big! Otherwise not that great

This house is great for housing a large group! We had tons of space for everything. However, the house is a little out of sorts. There were outlets plugs off the wall, towels were placed very randomly, toilet paper was all stored instead on the dispensers, clean dishes were left out in the kitchen when we arrived, downstairs there was a random empty bottle of liquor and an empty box of cigarellos. Really a beautiful house but needs to be taken care of a bit better.

To many things broken

The house is beautiful but so many things broken the list was lengthy. Lost food freezer didn’t work ,shower door locked you in a pretty large size of the counter top was broken and stuck in place tacky,the list continues did here from property manager but it didn’t satisfy thing because we kept discovering things tv didn’t work he did send someone out but when we told him some of the other things he was just there to fix tvs btw all of them still didn’t work a lot of money for a house we wanted to love! We have a chruch group that would have made it our place to go for our yearly conference. Truly disappointing. Took pics of the many things broken . Management was just ok didn’t seem that interested so. Wanted to love this house just couldn’t.

Nice Big House

This house was nice and big for 19 of us. There are a few things that were missing, but it was great. The pool table got a lot of use. Also yes, it is on a busy street, but not sure why you would want to hang out front when you have a big back yard

5 Star expect not fenced

The properties Great. The only issue we have is it's situated on a busy road and not fenced. If the owner would fence it from the main road, it would be Perfect. Besides that, the house is spacious, clean and very accommodating. Everything is rated with a 5 Star, except not being fenced from the main road.
