Needed a place to stay the night before a family cruise. The place was accommodating. Very nice and clean inside. Easy access and air conditioning was great! Will definitely come back and stay here.

I had a really great stay here in North Miami. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I especially liked the private entrance, which made the stay feel very peaceful and independent. The porch was a nice bonus to relax outside.The host was very responsive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the value for the price is honestly hard to beat for the Miami area.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay.

The amenities and neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Owner/Host was a very nice person. Just seemed to be a rehab in a development that needed a lot of work and the listing is deceptive. Left the very next day and booked a hotel.

The property is amazing and I really don’t agree that it needs rehab or a lot of work. If something needing upgrading, i would do it. But its literally perfect! The neighborhood is just Miami and may not be for everyone. I love the property and the area, and that’s that.

All bedrooms are equipped with blankets and towels are provided for guests. The living room windows do not require curtains and are accurately shown in the listing photos.

Booked this apartment for one night before our cruise. The apartment was clean and had a nice view of the river. However, the elevator didn't work and it's on the 3rd floor. Had to carry our bags up the stairs. There are no washcloths in the apartment but lots of towels. No light in the hallway so after dark we had to use the flashlight on our phones to see the lock to open the door. The streaming service on the TV doesn't work well and our programs kept freezing up while trying to watch. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. Will not stay here again.

This review was posted in retaliation after we submitted a payment request for documented damage and repair invoices following the guest’s stay, unfortunately some of the guests are bad ones... We did not repeatedly "charge her card"; we simply followed the proper process for addressing the damage. Then the guests become combative and leave a negative review..

This was by far the worst vacation rental I’ve ever had. The AC didn’t work and the host didn’t truly care. The heat kept my toddler up and might’ve messed with his system. Never again.

(FOR FUTURE GUESTS): The AC works great but If it went out during your stay, which occasionally happens with AC's I would have had it repaired immediately. I would never leave an apartment in Miami without working AC. Occasionally AC issues happen, but they are fixed quickly and would not affect future guests.

If you’re looking for a clean, no frills place to stay in Miami - this is it. Someone said the area was sketchy - it is not. As my daughter said - there are no bars on the windows so we are good. Location was great and close to eveything - Walmart is about 5 minutes away, close to places to eat, Publix, the highway, 20 minutes to the stadium and no issues at all with parking in the front of the building. It is on the 3rd floor and you will be walking up 3 flights of stairs but they’re easy - I have a bad knee and had no issue. Pretty quiet neighborhood - we were there for the weekend to see the World Cup Bronze match. Perfect for what we needed, cold ac, great pressure and hot water in the shower, nice little patio area and super comfy couch. We did not use the kitchen nor any dishes, etc. The extra twin mattress came in handy and we just laid it on the floor because the beds seem like they’re a full size. Now for the con’s - only one pillow per person and only one towel per person. No hand towels or extra towels nor pillows, no blow dryer and no iron which would have been great and not in the description that they want be available. Overall if you need a place that’s close to everything and to just basically sleep - this is it. For us and for the price, it was exactly what we needed. Host did leave their phone number to communicate via WhataApp but we didn’t need them. They did not respond to my messages on the VRBO platform.

Vrbo I booked on 2/27/26 to 2/28/26 was insufficient and disappointing for the following reasons:1. There was no light outside or in the hallway of the unit. This was not only unsafe, but difficult to use the door code in the dark as we arrived after dark.2. There were no wash clothes for use in the bathroom. We could not take showers. We were only made aware of this after the booking.3. There was a coffeemaker but not coffee supplied (only instant)4. The elevator was not in use and the unit was on the 3rd floor. We had a difficult time getting up to the unit with all our luggage and my 80 year old grandmother. Had we had a disabled guest we would have had no way to get them to the 3rd floor.On a scale from 1-10 we would rate this booking as a 2
