Cette superbe ski-in / maison de montagne moderne ski-out a été conçu avec la spécialité récupéré bois de grange et poutres de bois canadiens en accentuant son mobilier de luxe rustique. La magnifique cheminée du sol au plafond en pierre, oeuvres d'art rustique et grandes fenêtres bordent le salon et offrent une vue sur la magnifique paysage Colorado. Avec un grand plan d'étage ouvert, il ya beaucoup d'espace pour divertir votre grand groupe. La cuisine gastronomique comprend un four à double empilés avec plus chaud, 2 lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, intégré dans les sièges de la baie de style dans la cuisine ainsi que d'un bar de comptoir en granit manger avec tabourets de bar. Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour le passionné skieur situé à droite sur la piste de ski de flocon de neige avec des vues incroyables de pic 8 et Baldy Mountain!

Situation - Cette beauté est situé sur la piste de ski de flocon de neige vous donne la possibilité de skier directement à l'ascenseur de flocon de neige. Pour accéder à d'autres zones de la région de ski de Breckenridge, vous pouvez sauter sur la navette Breckenridge Free Ride situé à environ 5 blocs sur Snowflake Drive. Vous êtes juste un court trajet de 1 mile de rue (Voir Présentation satellite dans Photos)

My family and I always rent a ski in/ski out the week after Christmas. We decided to try Breckenridge this year. The home served a group ages 12-68 well. The beds were nice and having plenty of bathrooms was a plus. Definitely served its purpose for our family!

Management company was very responsive. However, labeling home as a "ski in ski out" residence was a far fetch. You have the choice of climbing up an approximate 20 foot embankment to the ski run OR you could walk down the down road to a trail that would lead you to the run that would take you down to the Snowflake lift. Coming back to the house required a tremendous amount of polling. While there is not much snow this season, I would imagine the more snow the harder it would be to access the home from the ski trail. We had to resort to having one of our guests who was not skiing drive us down to the lift. The home, while comfortable, had some challenges which could have been avoided with proper check in information. It took over 8 hours to heat the home due to radiant heat; management company should turn up the heat anticipating arrival. One of the dryers was not working, multiple remote units made it a challenge to work the TV's, no information was provided on how to use the sound system, stream showers and outdoor jacuzzi. We had issues with the garage door not closing and the kitchen faucet freezing. There is no formal dining room/table which was disappointing considering he size of the home. Not to mention there are so many stairs that the home should have at least have a service elevator to accommodate the luggage and groceries. While the home is beautiful, due to multiple challenges we would not feel comfortable recommending it to other renters.

Ski conditions and access can vary depending on snowfall and trail coverage, and we understand that this season’s lighter snow made access more challenging than usual. Regarding the home’s systems and amenities, radiant heat does take longer to warm fully, but we understand how arriving to a cooler home can be frustrating and will review our arrival procedures to improve that experience. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dryer, garage door, and kitchen faucet issues. When notified, our team works quickly to address concerns, and we will continue working to ensure everything is fully operational and that instructions for TVs, the sound system, steam showers, and the hot tub are clearer and more accessible. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback, as it helps us improve both communication and the overall guest experience. While we’re sorry your stay did not fully meet expectations, we’re grateful you chose to stay with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was an excellent experience. The house is in an excellent location. It is well designed and has many features our group enjoyed. Our group was very comfortable during our stay, and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. I would recommend future guest take note of the kitchen stocked items before purchasing groceries. We had quick effective interaction with the staff, when one of the bathrooms needed service. The ski route back to house had some flat segments but overall was excellent. With groups its always nice for people to have the option to go off and do their own thing.We would love to stay at this location again in the future.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We asked for a clothes airer to dry clothes and some more washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets as the bottle of dishwashing liquid was miniature. Those small requests were declined which surprised us for this level and cost of property. They would have been easy and cheap things to provide and despite the messages asking if there was anything Pinnacle could help with they were denied. That was disappointing. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the property and the property information, check in and check out were great.

Good quality house conveniently located

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a great quality house in a convenient location. It worked great for our extended family of 16. The furniture in the common areas is dated and in need of upgrade, and the house needs to be cleaned better. When we arrived, one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and there were beer cans and water bottles left in various places around the property, and that, combined with dust bunnies under all of the beds left us feeling less than confident about the overall cleanliness of the property. The management company had the cleaners come out to clean those areas again, but that shouldn’t be required when you’re paying almost $20,000 for 5 days. There should also be enough shampoo, etc. for more than one night. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of good dishes, cooking supplies, etc. and the humidifiers in the closets were really helpful and appreciated.
