The outdoor spaces make this home truly special! The expansive 220-sq-ft deck overlooks the pine forest and features a private hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Yellowstone. Just beyond, you’ll find a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, where you can roast marshmallows and take in the star-filled night sky.

You’re also just a short walk from the Henrys Fork River, which flows into Island Park Reservoir—ideal for fishing, kayaking, or quiet morning strolls.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, the private hot tub, fire pit, and spacious deck during your stay. Parking is available for an estimated six vehicles on the property (depending on size).

- The property is just a 1-minute drive from Henrys Fork River, with two nearby boat ramps—McCrea Bridge Campground (2 minutes) and Buttermilk Campground (6 minutes)—for easy water access.

- Winter Advisory: Roads are maintained but can be slick or snow-packed—4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended from November through April to ensure safe access to the property.
